Thanks all!! Just checking in and was sweet to see the messages. I can't believe she's 4, we were looking at pictures last night and it's crazy what a tumultuous 4 years it has been, hoping things smooth out a bit for the next 4! She had a great birthday, she got her first dress up outfit and she is smitten being Elsa.

Remember when I said the ceo of my hospital made some really stupid comments? The hospitals system put out a statement tonight that they have mutually decided to part ways. Which means he was forced to retire. Serves him right although I’m sure he walked away with $$$$.
In other related news tonight at work I had a situation. A patient had some visitor drama. Her boyfriend was up in the room with her but her mom came to visit so he came down since there can only be one visitor at a time. The baby’s dad (who is not the same person) tried to sneak in to see him but the boyfriend saw him and came in to tell him that the mama doesn’t want him up in the room. They both stood in my lobby and argued/smack talked each other. I did have to threaten that I would call security but it all ended up fine. The mom and baby daddy left and the boyfriend went back up. I had to explain to my poor trainee that it’s not normal for things like this to happen.
