My dad had his chest xray done yesterday and Friday he'll have the MRI. He has an appt Nov 6 with both surgeons to discuss the procedure and then they'll schedule surgery after that. I'm annoyed it is taking so long. I would be to. They made it seem so urgent in the beginning but now they are taking their sweet time. |

My college roommate who lives in CO is so sweet. I seriously haven't seen her in probably 10-12 years. We keep up a bit on social media but not a ton. We got to talking last week and I told her about MH and my dad. She got her SIL to go out and shop for a big bag filled with wine, treats, body scrubs, face masks, flowers, ect and wrap it up all cute and drop it off at my front door. Some people are just SO KIND.

Evies rheumatologists nurse responded to me tonight. She said side effects dont typically get worse with subsequent doses, so its not normal that evie had the first dose fine, then issues with the 2nd. Theyre wondering if she had a viral illness this weekend that caused the stomach upset and congestion.
No changes will be made at this time, except to take the zofran 30 minutes prior to methotrexate, then take it every 8 hours.
Fingers crossed her Halloween doesn't suck.

T has been drawing a bunch of pictures at school. The other day he had one in his folder that looked like a multi level house with people shooting each other. I asked him what it was and he said it was a haunted house and the people were blasting the ghosts. All the things being shot did appear to be floating so I guess I can believe him but I still told him it was not a good thing to draw at school. Today I saw the school counselor’s number on my caller ID and thought either he’s drawing guns or we are about to be quarantined. Luckily, she was just asking permission for him to be the model of a good friend in a friendship group she is running.
Went to the gyn today and I have to go back for an ultrasound to rule out polyps and fibroids next week. Yay getting old!
