Damn. DS1 has a literary dress up day this week that I completely forgot about. I’ll have to dig through his books and see if there is anything easy to put together.

I decided to take a break from cleaning inside and came outside to burn the last bit of the old building. It will be so nice to have the yard cleaned up finally. I still need to do bathrooms and sweep the floors in my room. My bedding is in the wash and probably ready for the dryer. I'm excited to start the week with the house spotless.

The boys heard about it from other kids evidently. They talked H into letting them watch it. I fast forwarded a few parts and they got mad at me but like we don't need to see a dude on the shitter get eaten. Surprisingly they were fine once the movie was done. I think they will handle scary better than I do.

Super low key day today. I've got a couple more loads of laundry and need to vacuum and mop, but I'm thinking of pouring a mimosa first to power me through.

H's hand is still swelling despite Benadryl and ibuprofen. The ER Doc said it could swell for up to three days before going down.

Did not have murder hornets on my bingo card.

Yeah, it’s all get out the vote at this point, but even that is strange this year because so many people have early voted. I mostly just help people find their vote centers and get yelled at by MAGA people.

I try to leave my home in such a state that should me or my family ever go missing they don’t fuck around waiting to start searching - they will say look this isn’t someone who just goes spontaneously on a hike, she’s a freak with a label maker and has a bin for everything. If her hiking shoes are still in their hiking shoe bin, we needs to send out the choppers. .

That’s so great! Thanks for volunteering.

One of the groups I call with based in CA apparently had some really rural SC contacts and they loved talking to voters in that part of the country. Much more polite than Californians.

Mostly hang ups today but I logged 13 Biden supporters, 4 already voted. And no MAGA today. Woot woot.
