Hi. I am a creepy lurker who lurks. I was on the bump a long, long time ago - posted very infrequently, mostly on Oct 10 and Aug 12 boards (until they died and one went to FB).
I followed the parenting crowd for the amazing knowledge and snark to TCF, where I had an account and pretty sure I didn't post at all.
Figured, new place, a chance to introduce myself. I am super nervous to step out of my comfort zone - especially into such a bonded group of women, but what the heck...
I am a reformed west coast girl happily living in the midwest now. I have two girls 6 and almost 5. I have been married nearly 9 years.
My name is based on a nick name a kid in my dorm had for me in college - it stuck.
I have followed the politics threads and have loved all of the insights and information you ladies have posted.

Welcome! It's never too late to jump in. I started posting on Parenting right before the chaos of the last week. Before then I lurked on TB, posted a bit once everyone moved to TCF, and then returned to lurking.

I got yelled at by an old man for returning my cart because my kids were in the car when I put it back. I could clearly see my cart the whole time and didn't venture far but, ya know, can't please 'em all!
