I'm so tired of every week feeling like it's been the LONGEST week EVER.
We have no plans this weekend. After the last 3 Friday's being spent drinking too much and staying up too late, I'm not making any plans and hope it stays quiet.

morning! Kids are at school and I jammed through a bunch of work already this morning so I'm thinking about taking a break to catch up on Big Brother lol
Yesterday was S BFFs birthday and he requested our family to join for his birthday dinner. He wanted to go out for sushi (I love this kid). So we all went out for sushi and ice cream last night. It was way colder than I thought it would be and MH ended up leaving early to take B home and I stayed with S. They all had a blast
Both kids had dentist appointments yesterday and I was blown away by their compliance, esp B. He did all the Xrays and everything and listened better than I've ever seen him listen

At the pedi for MJ'S 15 month check up. Not sure what else we will do today. I want to get pumpkins at some point this weekend. And we might carve this weekend since it'll be warm and we could do it outside.

As if one minute ago I’m on maternity leave. It feels really weird. No goodbyes, no nothing. I’m the one who normally organises everything at work, gifts for special birthdays, flowers for when people are going trough a rough time, gift baskets when people go in leave, high teas/lunches, you name it I’ve done it. I feel silly that I’m a little sad that nothing was done for me.
I asked my h to bring home some cake and he got tapas for dinner tonight. I’ll make my send off special on my own.

Morning! I did a mad dash clean out of Josie’s closet this morning and I’m going to drop off a bunch of leggings and shirts to a local thrift, and then will stop for donuts in the way home.
The landscapers are on their way here to get rid of some shrubbery that infringes on the top of the driveway. The man that owns it is so nice but he always knocks on the door to tell me that he’s finished or ask a question about next time and he talk sooooooo much!

Just arrived last night and I am knocked out by the humidity. Boy flamingo, how do you do it?! All the ladies are doing some wedding prep this morning, which is awesome bc we are the only ones at the salon. Then we hope to have some time at the beach.  |

Morning! I’m headed to Paducah, KY for a few days. MH is running Java in a hunt test this weekend. It’s kind of like the World Series for dog trainers. Trying to get a Grand Champion title for her. He’s pretty sure they won’t make it to the end because there’s only like a 15% pass rate. But just qualifying for it is a big deal. So I’m going to watch/support. My parents are keeping S so I’m kind of excited for a few days of not having to change diapers, worry about medication, and give my back a break from lugging her around! And hopefully sleep in!

It's the coldness of the weather that allows them to stay for a long time. If you are in a warmer climate they will shrivel up sooner than a colder one. |

Morning.
MH has been in a mood all week, stressed about work home etc. So he decided to take off the next 4 Fridays to be home and move around stuff for the reno etc. Today he has to finish taking down the casings and slice off all the DAP to ensure a smooth surface for the install in a couple weeks. Seems motivated right? Wrong, he paced around until 9.12am, checking his work phone and muttering a list that he has for Home depot. Finally I just told him, 'you've been up since 6.10am and HD opened at 7am, lets get moving cause the day will get away from you if you dont start somewhere!'. So he's off walking the aisles of HD hopefully be back home to get this going.
As far as the other 4 living things in this house, we're all good and in our normal routine.
