lahdeedah, I just checked Amazon and there are kits to make a night guard for kids at home. my old dentist suspected I ground my teeth at night (turns out I just clinched them during the day 😬) and recommenced a night guard. The custom ones were pricey so my hygienist told me about the ones online. I ended up never doing it but I trust her recommendation so maybe worth a try? I do a lot of jaw clenching during the day as well. I don’t even realize I am doing it during the day until my jaw muscles start to go sore. My dentist also recommended some mouth guards, that were not covered by insurance, so I was like no thanks. Maybe I should look at those online ones. |

Check your pharmacy. I've gotten them at walgreens before. I kept taking them out my mouth overnight though, so I stopped trying.

I'm at work. Cadence had a rough Zoom morning and the cats were acting like psychos. I think Cadence just has too much pent up energy right now. Luckily she has dance tonight. Tomorrow I work the morning shift, so when she's done with school I'll take her out for a hike or something, assuming it isn't raining then. We have an autumn girl scout scavenger hunt to do.

Hey. This morning after I dropped S off I ran to target and ended up getting an essie travel nail polish set and a mascara for the party tonight. I also picked up some ingredients and made chocolate chip pumpkin cookies to bring. I have eaten a few and they are so good. It’s almost 90 degrees here but I don’t care and am wearing jeans and a flannel. I will head there in 20ish minutes.

Hey. This morning after I dropped S off I ran to target and ended up getting an essie travel nail polish set and a mascara for the party tonight. I also picked up some ingredients and made chocolate chip pumpkin cookies to bring. I have eaten a few and they are so good. It’s almost 90 degrees here but I don’t care and am wearing jeans and a flannel. I will head there in 20ish minutes. Let us know what other people bring! Or I should say let me know, other people may not care. I suspect guster would though! Is it the pumpkin cookies with the spice cake and canned pumpkin? Those are so so good. |

Hi! Survived the first day with the sitter. K is terrified of her...I put her on the deck to eat lunch and she just sat there and then started screaming. N had the best day ever with an active playmate and cried when she left, and J was annoying during school bc he had FOMO. And mh and I felt like chaperones trying to check in and also watch K since she was clingy.
And my manager had her baby a month early, and I'm her backup, so officially slammed at work and need to catch up on a ton of things ASAP.
Sorry I haven't been around much!

I tried a couple times and felt like I failed a Canadian show by not following through, but after the first few episodes I was hooked for the entire series. The last season is a perfect wrap 👌 |

The party was fun. There were a wide variety of things. Some people brought 3 of the same things and others brought 3 different things. My friend brought a salt lamp, big water tumbler (I took that home because who ever has enough of them) and a 3 pack of Mrs meyers dishsoap. I guess I’ll just list out the other things I can remember
Foam tortilla warmer things (I took one of those), she brought flatbread in one and it was still hot at the end of the party.
Bath and body works pillow spray
Microwaveable heat pack/ cold pack
Homemade salsa verde with tortilla chips
Wreath and a bag of chocolates
Dollar shave club shaving cream
B&BW lip gloss, hand sanitizer spray, little tree car air freshener and chocolate covered pomegranate seeds (I took this)
Fuzzy blanket
Pumpkin spice Candle
Spray dawn dishsoap
Gel sock things to soften your heels
Bath bombs and body wash
Mug with chocolates in it
Large bag of lucky charms marshmallows
Bowl with spatula, cookie mix and some cookie recipes
Dish scrub brush you can put soap inside of
That’s all I can remember off the top of my head. For food there was bruschetta, Christmas crack, veggie tray, snickerdoodles, mini eclairs, sugar cookies with sprinkles in them, brownies, no bake cookies, baba ghanoush and flatbread, popcorn, and this bomb jalapeño artichoke dip from costco with mini naan bread and crackers. Very yum.

Current wait til 12 minutes. This is the longest morning of my life. I'm amazed how many people walk up, stare at the sign about checking in online, walk in, then walk back out a few minutes later. Or the people with kids. This place sucks normal, DNW to deal with my kid,bored AF, here. Or couples coming in together. Unless there is some need for both of them to sign something, but I've never been here when both of is were needed. Couples? Weird. Oh hell no, not going to the DMV is I don’t need to. You might as well just ask me to take a bullet for you. |

We are heading down to Captiva Well be there next month! 🌴 Nice! Are y’all renting a house or staying in one of the resorts? We love it there so much. B was a bit miffed that the kids were not included, lol. We’re going to try and bring them back in May/June when mH gets home. |

trtlcrzy, that sounds like so much fun. Do you draw numbers to choose what you want or is it sort of a free-for-all? Everyone drew a number, picked in order, then put their number back. We did 3 rounds, drawing a new number each time. |
