Been doing WW and lost 3-4 pounds in July. Weigh in again tomorrow. Doing home boot camp/HIIT with a goal of 3x a week.
The problem is I reallllllly like summer ice cream. Like a lot. I got frozen yogurt yesterday and that's fine. But meh.
Making lots of smoothies.

I lost like 3 pounds in July. Still only have one pair of non-stretchy pants that fits. So I’d like to lose 3-5 more pounds in August if possible.
I didn’t work out as much as I wanted to in July due to some medical stuff that came up. So, I’m moving my July goal of running 1 mile without stopping to August.

I guess I’m just proud that I didn’t weigh myself once the entire month of July, and I didn’t gain any weight. I didn’t lose any weight. But let’s be honest. I’ve been dealing with a lot and stress eating and stress drinking and too hurt to work out much.
I’ve been doing my 100 squats during the weekdays. But not so much on the weekends. My goal this month is to continue not drinking during the week, no snacking after dinner, and find a way to get more yoga in my life.

I've been working hard to be active every day. Even if it's just a short walk around the block, etc.
I'm loving my new spin bike and it has basically overtaken any other workouts I'd been doing. I need to try to balance it all so there is some strength and mobility.
I'm not weighing myself at all and I don't even care what the scale says. I am going by how I'm feeling and trying very hard only to eat when I'm feeling hungry.

My H and I have been eating Whole30. We’re not keeping entirely with the spirit of Whole30 because we’ve allowed some cheats, but the cheating helps us sustain the stricter eating for the majority of the time so we’re calling it good. I definitely notice an improvement in energy and I’ve lost 4 pounds so I’m pleased. I do feel like we should actually factually do Whole30 for 30 days and slowly add back food groups to see what, if anything, we’re sensitive to but having beer and pizza every week is good for my mental health. Lol.

Yesterday I loaded a book onto my kindle and biked for 43 minutes. It was a stead light pace for 11 miles. I forgot how much I enjoyed that escape.
I need to balance my cardio on weight training better this month and throw in some yoga and stretching.

It’s been so hot, my walks dropped off in a major way. Finally got back to it today, and I brought M. We chatted the whole way, and she didn’t whine once. Amazing.

I admit I read “poop ride” at first. Is a pop ride where you stand up and sit down a lot when pedaling?

Pop is the music choice. I keep it up beat. But thanks for making me laugh with all the gifs.

I went alone to the pool after dinner and swam laps for 15 mins last night. Been a long time so it wasn’t pretty but it was great.

Last night I drank an entire bottle of wine and ate half of a frozen pizza. So balance is a struggle for me.

30 minute ride. 10 minutes lifting weights.
My abs have suffered with the pregnancies. I can finally do 10 unassisted weighted sit ups.

My therapist said that if zoning out on my phone by myself is something I enjoy, it counts as self care. So there you go. I’m self-caring.

Ok. This is it. Today is the day.
No alcohol during the week. Healthy eating choices. Moving as much as I can.
No more excuses. I bought new workout shirts that I thought were sooooo cute. They perfectly accentuate the fat roll under my bra. I hate it. I am taking that anger and using it to fuel me.
