Looks like $5 a month. The nutrition program is separate. If you buy a mommastrong or a pappastrong membership, the kid videos are included. www.mommastrong.com/ourprograms I think I’m going to do this after vacation. My core has gotten so weak and I’m having a lot of sciatica. I wanted to do BBM again but Briannas voice and personality drive me insane. I just watched the video of this woman and she seems far less annoying. What would I need for supplies?

A mat, a belt or sports bra (I bought her band but you don’t have to) a rolled up towel and some cans. If you do the love the pooch you need a tennis ball or racket ball. She even has a sciatica program!

tallb Did you ever look into the mommastrong program? A few weeks ago I finally started doing the other workouts and I have to say, I'm pretty impressed. The daily workouts are only around 15 minutes but those other programs she has that you can include. I've been doing the daily workout plus the "love my pooch workout" and I really like it. It looks like she re-filmed the diastasis recti section and she's changed some of her phrases/mental images she gives for movements. There's also extra videos for specific injuries, aches and pains, modifications for different exercises, boot camps for glutes, pelvic floor, etc. She has programs for kids, teens, guys and nutrition, but I haven't ventured out to any of those yet. I never did.. but I did do an ab workout on the peloton app for the first time yesterday. I may check it out, the third pregnancy really did a number on me..or that I'm older, def not bouncing back like I did the first two times. You should try it out. She has a lot of different programs in the fix me section. Incontinence, prolapse, diastasis recti, pelvic floor restore, to name a few. After I finish the love the pooch I might do some of those just to keep my abs working harder.
