I don’t think he did it either, but what a turd of a human being. We watched that episode last night. What an ASSHOLE, changing the locks the day after his wife goes missing? Pistol has NOTHING of his mother's? He's a piece of shit for sure. that man is human garbage and his complete lack of compassion makes me suspect him

I was also creeped out by him wanting her skeleton reassemble, and then he carried her skull around for a while? I get that people grieve in different ways but wtf.

Yeah, that dude is weird. I think he was involved for sure, not just because he's creepy AF, but more his behavior of knowing she wasn't going to return.

I’m convinced he was involved in some way, even if he didn’t kill her directly. People grieve in weird ways but.....he was something else.
I feel so sorry for Pistol who doesn’t have a shred of anything from his mother. You can tell he’s so torn up about that.

Changing the locks the next day is suspicious AF. I wonder with things like this why someone would agree to be interviewed? Like is he really not aware of how he is a giant creepy asshole?

Interesting. So that would make it a suicide?

He didn't love her, he just wanted to possess her

Interesting. I suppose it’s possible because his death is so bizarre but he seemed relative well adjusted before he died and I just wonder. Idk, I’m dying to know what really happened to him.

Idk, his "suicide note" still doesn't seem like one to me and to pull some random movie off of it and say he was recreating it seems a bit farfetched. I just thought it was an interesting theory.

I also did not buy a thing he said about not knowing she wanted a divorce and that they didn’t fight because “what does that accomplish?” Nope dude. I think you are totally right and he just wanted to possess her and he got mad when she wanted to leave. There was also a moment where he was like, what would be my motive? And I was like, you got mad and killed her. This happens like daily, it’s not a stretch. I found him completely non credible.

One of my favourite parts of 2020 that barely got any news play was the Pentagon unclassifying and confirming the existence of UFOs. And it’s completely unreasonable to think there is no other life in the universe.
So. Basically what I’m saying is that I believe the UFO stories

We watched the House of Terror episode last one. That creeped me the eff out, someone going from a family man to killing his entire family. I 100% believe he's still alive.

I was very confused why it was even on Unsolved mysteries when it’s really not unsolved. I guess his disappearance is the unsolved part 🤷♀️

I listened to a Casefile episode on the Dupont de Ligonnès family and I thought he was also having an affair with a woman leading up the murder. But maybe I made that up?
I found his friend really heartbreaking to watch. How do you make sense of your friend doing something that heinous? He looked very haunted as he held that picture of the 4 kids

I was very confused why it was even on Unsolved mysteries when it’s really not unsolved. I guess his disappearance is the unsolved part 🤷♀️ I guess technically there is no proof he did it? No eyewitnesses. The whole thing is so bizarre. How clean the house was, how the bodies were buried with no one noticing. I spent some time on Reddit and he had multiple mistresses (one that was about to sue him for money she had loaned him) and weird Catholic fringe beliefs. This is a good post detailing what the episode left out: www.reddit.com/r/UnsolvedMysteries/comments/hmchua/xavier_dupont_de_ligonn%C3%A8s_any_evidence_disproving/

According to tmz tons of tips are coming in on the Alonzo Brooks case. Hopefully something comes of them and the family can finally get answers!

I read that the FBI is reopening the case and offering a huge reward for information. I read a reddit thread about it yesterday and there's apparently a couple names that come up pretty frequently when his case is talked about. With a small town like that, there's probably tons of people that either know what happened or have heard about it.

He looked very haunted as he held that picture of the 4 kids I listened to that episode a long time ago so I can't remember all the details. We started watching it but got tired of reading subtitles and skipped to episode 4 lol. I do remember the case was super bizarre though.

leatherpants he was! He had borrowed a bunch of money from his mistress & never paid her back. IIRC he ended things with her after she refused to lend more. The wife had also had some type of emotional affair, I think. She was posting on online forums about their marriage troubles. The French HIH, perhaps.

Yes hello. H started binging this a couple nights ago. Is it weird that I find the theme song soothing?
The serial killer mom blew my mind. That is some next level evil and she’s just carrying on raising her grandson.
I’m glad the Alonzo Brooks case is getting more attention. Several people absolutely know exactly what happened, I’m sure of it.
The Ray Rivera story is needling me. It’s such a mystery! Does anyone suspect the “work colleague” who supposedly heard him run out of the house? That struck me as odd.

I'm about halfway through the Alonzo Brooks episode - apologies if this was discussed already. I can't decide if the official searches legit didn't find him, or if he was being held somewhere and planted where they knew his family would find him. The fact his belongings didn't have water damage is super telling to me.
Perhaps I should also finish the episode before commenting lol
Other thoughts: - Rey Rivera's coworker totally had something to do with this - The guy who slept with his wife's ashes totally had something to do with her death, and even if he didn't, he's a controlling asshole and his behavior toward Pistol is reprehensible - The French guy is totally alive and living it up somewhere

I’ve recently been dealing with some drama regarding H’s family, but after I watched that episode I was like well at least they’re not THAT bad! 😂
