Thanks cali! Not much going on here. I'm 37+3 and haven't had any contractions or other signs that labor is happening. I'm actually ok with this, I'm getting a little freaked out that this baby is coming and it's on me to get him out. I just need to remind myself that women do this everyday and it'll be ok. <breathes heavily into paper bag> I have my weekly OB appointment today and they double booked my Dr so I hope I'm not there for hours. Here is my 37 week bump photo if you're into those 😁 PDQ poof

1. How far are you now? 33+5 2. Symptom check: Well my swollen feet and hands have been much better this past week so that's been great. Main symptoms now are just not being able to sleep and peeing every 1-2 hours at night. 3. What and when is your next appointment? No appointment until next Friday due to a short trip we are taking but they are letting us have an ultrasound so I'm really excited! 4. Anything you’d like to share with the group? I have my breastfeeding class tonight and I'm looking forward to it. It's with an LC so I think it'll be pretty informative. We need to finish the nursery. Really all we need to do is build the crib and put stuff on the walls. I also need to finish buying things for this baby but I'm hoping Prime Day tomorrow has some good deals. I already have like 20 alerts on baby stuff.
@easilyunamused, You look great! You are all baby!

Thanks king26! And yes to the lack of sleep and constantly getting up to pee. I guess it's just getting us prepared to live our lives without much sleep? I've been napping like I'm in 1st tri again.

codex320, I still get feels about certain pregnancy announcements too. And also about certain people in my circle who've recently had babies. I guess it never really goes away.

I'm 33w5d today. I have my first of what will be weekly NSTs tomorrow. I'm feeling kind of nervous about it, I don't know why. I can't believe I'm at the point of weekly appointments already. Baby girl has been active lately so that's been helping me not to feel too crazy but I still have a lot to do and need to get going on stuff but it's also the last few weeks of summer semester and I have so much school work! My semester is over the first week of August, so I'm hoping I'll have time to get most of my baby stuff done then. Hopefully she doesn't decide to make an early arrival!

My parents randomly came down today (they live 2 1/2 hours away but called this morning and asked to come down for lunch). It was a nice visit and mom took me to the mall. We bought $70 in baby clothes, most 0-3 and 3-6 which I was really lacking in. I feel so much better after buying all of these sleepers and onesies. Ok I feel better after my parents buying them for me :-)
Also, my crib bedding came today and I love it!

king26, that was so sweet of your parents! I'm glad you were able to get so much stuff. My mom keeps saying she's going to take me shopping for baby clothes but we haven't been able to get anything scheduled yet. I'm excited to get to go pick out some cute stuff!

cali can you please add me? Hi. I guess I'm stepping in here. I'm so nervous. 1. EDD: umm I'm not sure yet, Early March, I'm 5w 3d right now. 2. We have two little peas cooking right now. 3. We do not know the genders, we will find out with twins though. We weren't going to if it had been a singleton. 4. FET #1 after IVF #1 with DE. We previously did 3 IUI's and two rounds of IVF with moe. I was supposed to have my first ultra sound Thursday but I had some scary cramping and bleeding this morning so they had me come in early. We got to see both egg yolks/sacks. The bleeding has stopped and they are not concerned but want me to let them know if it starts again. @easilyunamused I hope you are doing well and I'm sure you will do great and will be ready when baby comes. king26 have a great trip and I'm glad to hear your swelling went down. codex320 it's so hard to be excited for the fertiles. I'd never want anyone to go through the pain infertility causes, but it's still hard to be happy when they get pregnant so easily. cali hopefully baby stays put until after school is done. codex320, I still get those twangs of jealousy when other people get pregnant super easy. Like this girl who almost complained that it took her 4 months. 🙄 cali, don't worry! You'll get it all done before baby girl makes her appearance! Dogpaddle29, so excited to see you here! Yay for twins🤗

Hey yo. I'm 34wks exactly today.
Had OB appt on Friday. Scheduled my RCS for Aug. 16th at exactly 39+0, so 5 more weeks! (okay, I raaaally raaaaally need to get shit done)(I also know I have said this every week for at least this entire trimester). Weekly BPP was yesterday, and she passed. Symptom wise, I've just been getting pretty intense BH these last few days. It's also not even close to comfortable when she wants to do full body turns or whatever it is that she's doing, although obviously I love the reassurance of movement.
Ooh! Ooh! I did order my breast pump! (< -- see!? I'm not a total failure at this baby prep thing). After research and experience from last time, I chose the Spectra 1 instead of another PISA, and I have much excite that my insurance is covering it without an upgrade charge (TriCare is notorious for making shit difficult, so this is actually shocking). The company I ordered through also provides 3 boxes of 100 breast milk storage bags with your order, and it just so happens that their bags of choice are lansinoh brand (read: the bestest storage bags in all the land), so I'm excited that it will actually save me money and won't be a waste in terms of bags I won't use (like the medela bags, that make me raaaage). Now I just need to shop for a pump bag, but after Prime Day I should take a break from spending the monies I have some time there.

Re what ketchup said about breast pumps, would anyone consider renting one from the hospital? I have zero idea about buying one and I don't want to get a sucky one (no pun intended, really) so I was curious if anyone might go that route.

I used aeroflowbreastpumps.com and it was insanely easy. They emailed me a list of covered pumps and a list of upgrade pumps to choose from. I ended up getting the Spectra and it should be arriving today. No cost to me!

Oh no ketchup, I just bought target brand breast milk bags. I didn't really think that there'd be an issue with them. Am I about to be disappointed? Yay for a RCS date!

Re what ketchup said about breast pumps, would anyone consider renting one from the hospital? I have zero idea about buying one and I don't want to get a sucky one (no pun intended, really) so I was curious if anyone might go that route. I wouldn't waste the money, honestly, unless you're going to rent a hospital grade pump (which you likely won't need unless you run into actual low supply issues). And because free vs. $$$ to rent (it's expensive, and not covered by insurance unless necessary to rent a hospital grade pump -- not sure of the cost of a regular pump). The Spectra S1 is touted as being hospital grade, and I've seen a lot of STMs opt for the Spectra over the PISA for their second for this and other reasons. Personally, I had supply issues throughout my year pumping, and considered renting the Symphony (Medela's hospital pump) more than once, so I'm going Spectra 1 this time because of the higher rate of suction. Honestly though, you really can't go wrong with either the PISA or the Spectra. They are the two most popular pumps I've seen both on/off board, and I can speak for the PISA in saying it is a perfectly good pump, but I already have one and I want to try something else to see if I respond better this time. As for buying.. your insurance should cover the cost of your pump and certain accessories. All you will need to do is ask your OB for a prescription for an electric breast pump, and then you can either submit it to a medical supply company that accepts your insurance or you can purchase it at a retail store and submit for reimbursement. That's the way most insurances work anyway, but obviously you'll want to check with yours for details. Also, not all medical suppliers accept all insurances, nor do all of them have the same pumps available. For example, the company I got my PISA from with TT's pregnancy did not have the Spectra 1 (just the 2) in their inventory, so I opted to go with a medical supply company that did. But if you chose the PISA, I almost guarantee whatever company you choose carries it.

I just luuuuurve lansinoh bags HARD. We ran out when I was freezing one Friday, and I had a box of Medela bags, so I thought NBD .. a bag is a bag is a bag, right? WRONG. I never thought I could have hatred towards a bag made to store breast milk, but here we are.

1. 21 weeks today 2. I was getting some headaches and the OB suggested a neurologist. I changed my contacts and haven't had one in 2 days so I think I'll give it a week before I make that appointment. 3. Just had my 20 week so I don't go back until mid August 4. I realized the other day that I will be in the 3rd tri by Labor Day and it feels like time is flying!
