Morning! We are going to watch the CNN/Sesame Street town hall at ten and then Josie has tap. I placed an Instacart delivery for later and I’m gong to make some pizza dough. Exciting times over here!

Morning girls. I cannot be motivated to do anything today. Ds’ teacher is coming over for a house visit Wednesday, so I feel the need to clean/clear my entire house. But I guess there always tomorrow 🤷🏼♀️.

We bought tickets to Sesame Street live which was planned for April. We got news yesterday that the show is rescheduled for July 3th. I’m not comfortable with being inside a theater with a 100 people at this stage.

Morning! No big plans today, it’s looking kind of overcast but hopefully we can get in pool or park time. Good luck at Tball peachsmama!

Jack did great for his first game! They only got 2 innings in because they play for an hour and 15 minutes and then just call it. But it was stinking adorable.

They don't hang out in the dug out because of social distancing. So here he is taking a water break with nana.

Happy weekend! Today felt relatively normal for us. We got up early and take Hs car to get the old changed since we will drive it on vacation. We went to IHOP for breakfast, then we went to Target to get a few more things for vacation. Picked up Hs car and left my Jeep since they weren't that busy and I was 1000 miles over. Went to Academy then the bank and Famous Footwear.
I grabbed some groceries while picking up lunch and plan to stay in the rest of the day. It's hot here, so I guess I'll mow as early as I feel is possible tomorrow.
Should be all our running for the weekend so I can start setting stuff out to pack.

Hey! I worked this morning and it was actually pretty busy. It’s overcast, humid and windy outside so I plan to spend the rest of the day inside the house.

Curtain question: My living room and dining room windows face each other. They are separate rooms, separated by a step and a half wall and probably 30-40 feet between them. My dining room is currently the playroom so not at all decorated the way it will be in later years. Do the curtains have to coordinate or match?

Today was a beautiful summer day. Getting the kids settled and then we invited a couple from our block for driveway drinks. We don’t know many people here so hopefully we will be making friends.

If you don't match them, I would definitely coordinate them--maybe a solid in 1 and a pattern in complimentary colors in another, or something like that.

I lean to matching but the living room curtains are “fancy” and I think they’d look out of place in the playroom.

Hi.
I thought I posted earlier, but I guess I never finished typing to hit reply.
Not too bad of a day. I cleaned our bathroom, worked out, then hit up Sephora for hair products and fresh market for a couple of things. Came home and started cutting in around the baseboards. I’ll be back at it tomorrow.

I have an open concept house and I have matching curtains for the sliding glass door and my front windows. If you can see it all at the same time then I vote for matching.

I spent some time outside after supper pulling weeds in my backyard garden. I’ve decided I’m going to start being a lot more active to encourage this baby to come early. Will it happen? Probably not but it doesn’t hurt to try. I was out there for over an hour, for sure. I’m laying in bed now because I need to get to sleep so I can wake up early for work tomorrow.

Morning ladies, where are you? I am at work and was not ready to get up when my alarm went off at 4:30 this morning. It’s been pretty quiet but that’s ok because I can get stuff caught up. It’s super humid and hot outside so idk what the plan is when I get home. Either stay inside or go to the lake probably.

Morning ladies. It’s been quiet here these last couple of days. We cleaned and cleared, cycled to ikea to pick up an order, had the kids burn of some energie at a park where we met up with my sister’s family, then a quick stop at my MIL/FIL, we put the ikea stuff together and now I’m just exhausted 😂. Dh is making pancakes (crepes) for dinner for the kids & we’ll have a pregnancy safe charcuterie/cheese board with bread and dips.

Thanks for the curtain help.
We have a curbside Home Depot pick up this morning and in an attempt to keep the mosquitos at bay we bought something called mosquito bits and dunks. In even more boring adult purchases, we are also picking up a wheelbarrow.

Morning! Rainy here...actually more of a torrential downpour! I think it's tropical depression Cristobal? The kids are playing SO nicely so I'm trying not to disturb them Anywho, not much on the agenda. I think we're going to grab subs for lunch. We close on our house one week from tomorrow, our realtor just emailed to schedule the walk-thru and we are in the process of finalizing insurance. I'm grateful to my parents and their house is very nice and spacious but it will be nice to be settled with all our stuff in our own house.

Morning! Hot here again today so I got up at 5:30 and ran. Came home, had coffee, made breakfast, then mowed. All before 10am. I should get an award for getting that much done so early.
Nothing else planned today. I need to vacuum. Then just lay low inside. I might try to take a nap.

I never checked in yesterday, it was a hot one. K and I visited my mom for a bit on her porch and otherwise another day at home. It's gorgeous today so we had breakfast on the back porch and I'm looking at couches to out out there and asked for a quote to clean/fix it up a bit. I cleaned the bathroom and hoping for a workout and to get through the CNN sesame Street episode we recorded. The past two nights wee have been watching the central park 5 series on Netflix but it's so heavy we have to follow it with arrested development afterwards.
