I want to try all of these carrot cake recipes. I think it might be my favorite flavor of cake. My dad’s sister chose carrot cake as her wedding cake ❤️ My grandmother was not delighted (aka she threw a fit, lol). |

Have y’all ever had Hummingbird cake? It’s one of my favorites, goes so well with a cup of coffee. I usually do it in the spring/summer.

It's really good, I don't know that you get a pineapple flavor so much as it just keeps the cake very moist. There's one I have that you can do in a bundt pan with cream cheese glaze that is my favorite. |

I’m not a fan of banana flavored anything. I only like crispy, just ripe bananas. I’ve had the cake before and know that I didn’t love something about it, but it was still ok. |

I’m not a fan of banana flavored anything. I only like crispy, just ripe bananas. I’ve had the cake before and know that I didn’t love something about it, but it was still ok. Yes it does, you definitely taste the banana more than pineapple. |
