Well, this part of the article says you're probably right: saying, "Any injuries or damages to plaintiffs and/or their decedent were directly caused in full or in part by the negligence or fault of plaintiffs and/or their decedent, including their knowing and voluntary encounter with the risks involved, and that this negligence was a substantial factor in causing their purported damages, for which this answering defendant bears no responsibility." Yup, Kobe and his crew were familiar with flying and risks involved. They pressured him. Power disparity, blah blah blah. Not saying it’s right, but I think they will go that route. 2020, man. MH, who is a pilot, mentioned this right after it happened, that he was sure it would come up at some point as a rebuttal to a lawsuit, but at the end of the day the pilot is the one in control. They make the final determination. A good pilot wouldn't fly if it wasn't safe, end of story. I think it's going to come back to bite them because he had at least 1 previous incident where he ignores ATC and flew where he wasn't supposed to in questionable weather conditions. |

I think my sister and I are going to have a watch party. I jokingly suggested tea and crumpets for the 1st half and hot dogs and apple pie for the 2nd half. We will pour* out tea during the intermission. * I would never pour out tea. I love it too much. |

If a person who is not trained in flight safety wants to fly it is my duty to decline when conditions do not meet a certain level of visibility for the safety of my passengers? |

With the one disease getting old and not getting much airtime, the former A list tweener turned A- list singer/meh actress gave another reason why she might seem pilled up and wasted all the time. She knew the game was up on the first one because several reporters got in touch this past month to discuss it and the medicine regimen she takes for it. The medicine for the disease has been in the news as of late. She would have failed that exam.

Protect themselves from future lawsuits from other families by establishing a culpable party I said the day it happened that it was sick but I guaranteed Kobe’s lawyers started the process immediately to protect the family. I think it was a strategic move. |
