We got a request for a 2nd showing for an HOUR this afternoon; it’s people who have already seen it previously. What on earth is wrong with these ppl?! WTH. Do they think the house morphed and changed since the last time they saw it? It's a rental. I don't get it. Hopefully they take it and you're done with the showings. |

So we've had rain, thunder and lightening, and hail. Perfect since we're talking about weather and seasons today at "school". I found an episode of berenstain bears that's all about seasons. Score.

MH’s birthday is coming up and I have no clue what to get him, as usual. Some of the things I had in mind before Covid is stuff that he won’t really need now that he isn’t at work. I need to order something today if I want it to be here on time. I was going to have a restaurant at home thing for DH's. C didn't want to. My plan was to get his favorite meal and have a nice fancy table set up for when he got home and C would be the waiter. Obviously your H is at home so you would have to have him out of the space for a bit but it could be a cute idea. Then the gifts- maybe a dirty coupon book. Gotta get creative during these times!  MH Turns 40 next weekend. I had a surprise long weekend planned with his best friend (and his family) and his siblings and our nieces and nephews. It was for 20 of us. We found a big house on a lake in PA. The Airbnb was awesome about canceling so we didn’t lose any money but I’m bummed we couldn’t execute such a surprise. He still actually doesn’t know in case we can make it happen at some later date. So instead, I’m going to make a burger bar and ice cream sundaes. We planned a zoom call with his family to play a game and his sister mentioned maybe doing a Netflix party after. It’s definitely not the same but I know he’ll be happy. |

wedding, I already ordered presents for MH, but for Father’s Day I think I’m going to get him a hammock for the deck. We have one that goes in a tree but the only trees on our property are on the perimeter so it doesn’t really work. This has a stand and I think I can get a double one. kim22 I think you have one. Hi hi. We got most of N’s schoolwork done this morning so we could enjoy the day since it’s supposed to get to almost 70. We normally wait until after lunch for school since the mornings go quick and I like to try and get a workout in while L naps and they play. Her gym “assignment” this week is to try and run 7 minutes without stopping, so I’ll do that with her and count it as my workout. Lol.

I looked back and realized they saw it YESTERDAY. I replied that they could come for 15-20 min but we are not clearing out for an hour. There is literally nowhere for us to go! No response so not sure what they’re doing. 🙄 I also laid down the law with the PM. ETA: lahdeedah it’s for rent. So yeah...bizarre. I’ve rented 2 houses sight unseen, and we saw our first house in FL once for all of 15 min before making an offer. |

That's crazy flamingo. We didn't even stay in any of the houses when we were house hunting for that amount of time. A rental, twice, for an hour? No. Make a list of the things you want to see/do, get in and get out. I hope they listen and you are almost done with this nonsense soon. |

I would spend that much to tune out Mh. Lol! He wouldn’t want me to spend $150+ on those for him, he could care less if I got some for me. I think it rented! They came at 3 and were coming out onto the front porch as the kids and I circled the block. So I got out and told them about the new roof and pool, how great neighbors and neighborhood are, etc. The woman seemed really interested and loved the pool and front porch, so I told her how we sit out there with drinks and let the kids play...really painted the picture, lol.
Just now I got a notification that the showing on Saturday has been cancelled because ‘the property is unavailable’ !!!
I should get a commission 😁

I've been wanting to get one of these for C forever but we don't have a space that would work between two trees unless we moved the swingset, which I really don't want to do since it's really in there good. |

Still no fridge. I tried to call, and all he could say was what time they deliver until and they would call me before they come. We have more storms heading our way and I need them to get here before the bottom falls out. It’s mighty cloudy outside now.

Hi! First time I have been able read and catch up. I went into work and things were crazy. I came home and finished some things while C put together the water table. When the kids get up from nap they will be so happy. I have a meeting in about 15 minutes then I’m done for the day.
