So yesterday was crazy busy. I went in to work to get bills, this is my new weekly norm. I also ran into my director and helped him with his laptop. I’m surprise by how many people are not wearing their masks properly at work.
I also had to turn in L’s homework and get the next two weeks. She has given more homework then before. So my 1 day out is done.
I’m annoyed by C’s lack of care with how the house is. He gets grumpy when I ask him to help. I reminded him I’m here practically 24/7 and I need it somewhat clean or it impacts my mental health.

Morning! Evie is going over to my moms for a few hours this morning. She's taking her school work, although I doubt she will get much done. My mom has been like me, only leaving the house to get groceries and wears a mask. She has the flower girl dress Evie is supposed to wear to my nephews wedding the end of May and wants her to try it on, for alterations. I told her she should really hold off on alterations, in case she doesn't wear it this year.
The bride and groom already postponed their reception to next year. The wedding, they are waiting to hear what the guidelines are by that date, but still plan on getting married and can hopefully have immediate family there. So Evie may not even wear the dress until next May, for the reception.
I'm going for a run while she's gone, it's going to be beautiful here today. Evie has a call with her teacher at 12:30 today, so she will be home by noon. I will enjoy the few hours of peace and quiet after the nonstop talk yesterday while cleaning the closet. She did actually get rid of way more than I expected her to. We will see how long it takes her to trash it.

Girlscouts cancelled summer camps through the end of June. Now I need to find something for that week for Cadence. Although that might just get cancelled too. Ugh

Morning. It seems schools are resuming classes mid May, for now it’s ‘leaked papers’ from our government, we’ll get confirmation tonight during the press conference. Not sure what shape or form etc. but honestly even if it’ll be 2 3hour days I’ll be so happy for Ds. I prepped dinner this morning during ‘free playtime’, currently working.

All 3 kids are playing in the play room. I got the whole house clean yesterday except our bathroom. Kitchen is still a mess though. Grout has to cure for a few days and then I paint sealer on it so it doesn't discolor. My plan is to empty every cabinet, wipe them out and reorganize. And now that my gorgeous kitchen is even better I want to declutter my counters.

YouTube kids update flamingo I deleted it Friday afternoon. Told them it disappeared and I couldn't re-download it. He cried Saturday about it. Then Sunday told me he knew it was me lol. But hasn't mentioned it since! Hopefully their attitudes turn around soon. |

Hi girls, thanks for the birthday wishes. Just a normal Tuesday here.
The thing about getting older during a pandemic is that it feels even more like a regular Tuesday.
Fine by me, I am refusing to cook. Need to figure out what to order in that everyone will eat, plus I am having my favorite lemon blueberry cake delivered.
It’s the New Moon, SQUEE, so it’s also a good day for me and Dude to charge crystals and he’s very excited about taking a spell bath. Should be fun!

Finished up “school” for Josie around ten and they’ve been playing, nicely, in the playroom since then.
As soon as the load of laundry I have in the washer is that I’m going to take the elusive midday shower.

Happy Birthday cagoldi! I hope you have a great day! How is it going with Tim there all the time? It’s great, but he had to go back to deal with his cat (who was being babysat by his dad). She started getting a tooth abscess and declining pretty quickly. So he got her in to the vet on Monday and they pulled some teeth, did some ABX, and she’s resting now. He’s driving back out here Thursday with some of his stuff, the cat will keep resting there for awhile because he doesn’t think she’s in good shape for that long of a drive ATM, then he’ll have to make one final trip to retrieve her and the rest of his things in the next few weeks. The only good thing about being stuck at home is getting some house projects done. We’re ordering some chalkboard paint for the playroom and I think we will start working on a Little Rock climbing wall for boys bedroom this weekend. |

Morning.
Not much going on today. I’ll probably just start clearing off some surfaces and cleaning.
This weekend I worked with the nurse that is FT at my second job. She was telling how slow it has been there and how much they are having to cut back their hours. Apparently the hospital was in a lot of debt before all this happened and now that a lot of procedures and tests have been cancelled, it’s made it even worse. Who knows when I’ll ever go back there. I’m just glad my main job has not had to take those kinds of measures and I am still able to work there. I do wonder at what point that will change if things continue like this.

Good morning. It’s going to get to 70s here today, I am so excited. The girls have been playing with their barbies for the majority of the morning. This afternoon I am planning to go test drive the van before I go to the chiropractor. The dealerships close at 6, which is really frustrating because now I have to go during the day, bring the girls and deal with car seats. Not ideal. Happy birthday cagoldi! |

Cass has gotten obsessed with doing the Lysoling and it's a bit scary to see her wild with a spray can.
School and work today so fun times. I need to try to figure out how to sew masks since none of the ones I ordered weeks ago have arrived.

chrisy01 I've been eyerolling at the Disney people on my FB groups looking for some insider info about the parks open. It's like everything else. Time will tell and Disney will of course announce it and that will be the only official way to know. I've seen several people on my military groups try to figure out how to buy the military salute passes because those offices are closed on post now. When people point out they are nonrefundable and we have no clue when the parks will open they just reply they know, but want to get their fast passes. *shrugs* I'm a huge Disney person, but even that is such a weird thing to be focusing on now.

klong11, that sucks about the camps but is not surprising. What will really piss me off is if they continue to have nothing for kids, but people who have been working from home are expected to return to the office. For so many reasons including the obvious of what we will do with our kids, but also that we are taking away from them but deciding it's okay for adults to let the virus fester amongst themselves unnecessarily and bring it home to their families.
