So far schooling this morning is not going well. So far I've yelled 'FORGET IT, GO TO YOUR ROOM!' and told her I'm done.
She was up at 5:30 for some dumb reason, so I can tell today is going to be fun.

mwhip I’m sorry... if schedule allows, skip school for a day, or half a day, we normally have days too were things just don’t go as planned. Hugs.

I'm just more annoyed that she was up so damn early. She normally sleeps until 8, so I have a few hours to myself. Today I will have none, which kills my soul. And I'm dealing with bullshit at work that I need to concentrate on, but she's nonstop talk already.
It's going to be a long day. I know we are all dealing with out own challenges with the kids home.

Morning! Thought today was Friday. I guess Monday felt like it was a week long lol.
We have A's Early On zoom appointment today. That's about it other than the usual.

Morning. Working @home and procrastinating. I hate the small screen. The kids slept till 07.30/08.15 which is a miracle on it’s own, so we started school half an hour late. Oh well. We’re ordering indian food tonight again. It’s not freshman 15 but covid 15 over here 🙄.

I bruised a rib a few days ago and now it really hurts. Around 700 I’m heading in to actual work. I have a meeting where I’m getting some documents I will need. Then pick up some mail because the health department refuses to do anything electronically and a few other bills for people who didn’t sign up for electronic.
I’m taking advantage of being on property to drop off things I have completed and pickup things I’ve printed there and maybe my two monitors.

I think I basically yelled the same thing at DH yesterday mwhip, lol. Things were...tense around here 😬 Hope your day improves! Morning! So happy to see the linesmen this morning. Once we get power restored we can hopefully get internet back. Now we have to get everything figured out in terms of who is responsible for what (cutting up/hauling away tree, etc) and of course get DH’s car fixed. It’s drivable, just banged up. We have the cancelled showing from yesterday rescheduled for lunchtime today.

Have you done it before (zoom appointment)? Is it easy to figure out? S has a zoom appointment tomorrow with the neuromuscular specialist. I’ve never zoomed before so I may have my mom download it and set it up today too so I can “practice” before the appointment 😂.

Morning! I just ate choc chip muffins for breakfast so the day is starting off right! 😜
I’m having trouble logging into the VPN for work which is hindering some things. But my house is cleaner and more organized than it ever has been before. 😂. Also all caught up on laundry!
Today I’m going to make a run to the office to grab some stuff for our campground hosts who are arriving this weekend. They are full time RVers with no where to go with campgrounds everywhere closed. So even though we are closed, my park is allowing them to come. But they have to isolate for 2 weeks when they arrive. So I’m putting together some stuff to help them get by for that time.

Zoom is super easy, you can probably just click on the link or enter in a code and a password. And you can mute and turn video on and off.
My boss used to be remote, so we did zoom all the time before it was the cool thing to do..

I don't like zoom, I'm probably the outlier. I can't get it to turn mute off until damn near the end of the conversation.
I just sent an email to a manufacturer, who I don't usually deal with, they go through manufacturers rep, informing them that I need a new company to go through. I got an email from the manufacturers rep that I need to start with more of the story, he wasn't involved in the middle of this issue, can't keep up with all manufacturers issues, so I need to go directly through them. I forwarded the email to his boss and told him I've asked for a new company to work with, as this isn't my first experience like this, with this guy. So my day is going swimmingly.
I also did a 30 minute popsugar video on youtube that kicked my ass!

mwhip I find that if Cadence does a physical activity first, she is more willing to participate in school. Also, yesterday I made a to do list for her. She liked checking things off as we went. It was mostly school work, then a chore and a reward at the bottom. Yesterday's reward was playing a new game she got, which was splat the sight word, so still learning(but don't tell her that).

I decided way before all this insanity to do bikini body mommy's 90 day challenge. It started yesterday and it felt good to work out after so long. I'm about to do day 2! Mallory was asleep last night but I missed her morning nap so I'm going to try while she's awake. We'll see how it goes.

Morning. H helped me up pot some of my seedlings. She had a lot of fun with that, even though she made a huge mess. I’ve decided we will do schoolwork after lunch today. Hopefully she’s more motivated then. The ground is still covered with snow outside so no plans of going out there. This week is supposed to be cold, which is super lame.

A has been reluctant to get a trampoline even though the boys and I have been begging! He finally agreed and told me to order one. Now to decide which one to get.. he's going to borrow an excavator and sink it in the ground so we don't have to move it to mow and so it's safer. All the dirt from that will fill in our land scaping so I need to start thinking about what I want.. trtlcrzy do you know of a site that'll tell me what plants are good for my area?

I just checked and you’re in zone 6, which means that almost anything will grow and do well there. I found a local/zone specific fb gardening group super helpful with plant selection also.
