My coworker just texted me where she hid the sanitizing wipes because our dept had 8 canisters stolen this week. 😞 I know I’ve heard other stories about this in the other thread, but it’s still crazy to hear about it happening in your own workplace. I’m hoping they were taken to use in other areas of the hospital and not for someone’s home, but I know that’s wishful thinking. 🙁

The sad part is if they would have asked I bet a manager would have signed off on it. |

I am starting to dread coming to work. Not because I think I’m going to get sick, but because every time I come there are so many new rules, people rearrange our desk constantly and I hate wearing a mask. I’m grateful I still have a job but man, I wish this would be over with. Tonight I got to start taking all employees temps when they come in, which is super fun 🙄

Hope you feel better soon inthekitty. Agree about the allergy mindf--k lahdeedah. I have developed seasonal allergies in the last couple years and this year I'm definitely more aware of them! Good job peachsmama, they still have their ears so that's a win in my book! I can clean up the back of DH and B's necks and around their ears but am afraid to take any length off. They got haircuts on the last day barbers were open here so they're not too bad yet. My dad goes to the barber every two weeks like clockwork and now wants my mom to trim his hair. She said she is torn between laughter and terror. I suggested he go to the dog groomer, lol. |

I trimmed the front of H's hair earlier this week. I won't be touching M's or my own.

I need to trim L’s hair. I’m breaking my rule of I don’t cut my kids hair. My mom traumatized me as a kid when she would cut my hair. So many bad haircuts from her.

A has very curly hair and has never had a real haircut. I just trim curls as they seem too long haha. We will probably just buzz C's head when his hair gets too long. Not touching L or my hair and MH buzzes his own (balding).

I feel so lucky that the week before everything shut the kids had a hair appointment. It was way way overdue for ds already!

I have no plans of cutting anyone’s hair. DH will eventually need a cut but I won’t be the one doing it. My sister cut his hair one last summer with her clippers so maybe she could do it.

Both boys need a cut and I am terrified. I do not think either of them would look good buzzed. Both have crazy cowlicks. B does not prticularly love getting his hair cut. Neither MH or I have any skills in that area.

I’m curious to see what’s Cs hair looks like longer. Dhs I’m not curious about but he won’t let me touch him.
I am planning to trim up my side bangs this week. I watched a tutorial online and since they aren’t completely grown out I know where to cut. I was due for a cut and color and had an appointment the week this all blew up so I’m desperate. I’m also waiting on hair color from Madison Reed. I think I’ll feel better is I look less busted.

I think I might just do it myself from now on. I did it tonight and it wasn’t bad. I won’t be doing it all the time, because I like the fade better, but if for some reason we can’t make it to the barbershop, I know I can just do it to spare me another week if need be. MH normally takes M, but I had to take him a couple times because of Mh’s schedule. |

I used to use Garnier box dye for a couple of years and then I got some L’Oréal on sale and had an over red incident so I’ve been salon only for a while. My coworker uses Madison Reed and swears by it so I’ll give it a shot. I’m interested to see if it’s any better than Garnier since it’s 10x the price. Eta: I love the Madison Reed website with the hair color quiz and trying on different hair live. |
