wedding, I saw your post in the other thread. I'm sorry about the heightened anxiety lately. I hope this next week is easier than the last.

slenle you're welcome to come do my house next! We really need to start getting serious; it would be way easier to purge, though, if the kids weren't underfoot and constantly catching me trying to ditch some of their old/unused stuff.

Morning! MH got up and got the kids and told me to sleep in this morning. Then he fell down the stairs. He’s okay, sore, but nothing broken or bruised. I think it’ll be an extra long day for him.

I slept a little better last night. We got some heliumballoons yesterday to bring to my nephew for his birthday and I got two for the kids as well. Highly recommend, especially with string just long enough so that they’ll have to jump to get it from the ceiling. It’s mostly yard time today. Dd wanted me to sew a dress for her doll, I can’t sow, so we’ll see how that ends. Mexican on the menu for tonight.

We had a great little zoom party for L yesterday. She looooves the Wellie Wisher american girl doll from my parents and a pink skateboard from my sister and BIL. I'm excited to give her presents from us tomorrow.

Glad the party went well wineallthetime. Great way to be creative to still make it special for L and involve family. Hope you got some better sleep wedding. Anxiety is a bitch.

I work today and then I'll hopefully be done with this job until next month. 🤞 I took the kids to Disneyland last night (had them take turns in a laundry basket that I shifted around in synchronization with YouTube videos of rides). They had a blast but it was a workout! They're getting big. trtlcrzy C is in the same boat as your sweet girl was with some loose teeth that are bugging her but not ready to go. Can't wait until they're gone. She uses them as an excuse to consume 37 Otter Pops a day.

We have so much we need to purge too. I’ve never had a rummage sale, but was going to do one this year since we’re done with babies and i have so much stuff. Our town has a huge spring “city wide” weekend but that’s postponed now. Can’t wait to get rid of it all!

Morning. I am waiting for the kids to go outside so I can vacuum, but Chase keeps crying and telling me that he wants to go to school. 💔 Colin is running a bit warm and is acting a little off, but I'm going to watch him for a few hours before I get too worked up.
DH and I were talking last night about there being 2 kinds of people right now: those who are too anxious to sleep and those who could sleep 18 hours a day. I'm definitely in latter camp - I am too tired to exist.
I ran the most mileage in March that I've run since breaking my ankle. I was not on that pace the first half of the month, so it's pretty clear how I'm dealing with our stay at home orders.

I’m working again. My boss wants to meet with a few of the managers tomorrow so my MIL said she’d come watch the kids for me.

Morning!
DH is flying; he’s *this close* to being done with this segment and then he can take a breather til we’re settled in FL.
C...excuse me, Elsa!...and I have been playing ‘fashion show’ for the last hour and a half. I assist her into a dress-up outfit and accessories, she ‘walks the runway’ while I narrate. Rinse and repeat 75 times. The kids are having a late breakfast and I’m going to sneak off to shower and hope she’ll move on to something new.

Are you working on the weekend because you can’t get enough done during the week? I’m sorry. Yes ma’am. I’m waking up before the kids so I can get some done, then during H’s nap and then when they go to bed. It...is not delightful. It’d be a lot easier if MH wasn’t having to go to the office every day. Friday he got there at 5:30am and left at 6pm.

Hi! I need to be working on potty training, too. He does great at school, but not at home. Not sure what’s on the agenda today. I think I’m going start cutting in the kitchen paint. I’m going to at least paint the kitchen walls, hallway to the boys room, and the small area between the master/ guest room. That’s a few less areas I’ll have to pay the painter to do and will hopefully save me a couple hundred bucks.

I know, that’s my problem...there was a lot I wanted to consign or donate and most, if not all, places like that here are closed now. I’ll prob try and condense the ‘good stuff’ down to 1 or 2 tubs but likely a lot will just get pitched :/

Thanks guys. I was able to get to bed at 2am last night instead of 4am so that’s an improvement I guess. I am dreading C having school again tomorrow but they are off Thursday and Friday so at least there is something to look forward to.

What color are you going with lahdeedah? Good luck! Manchester tan. White dove for the trim. I got it mixed at Lowe’s and the color seems a little off from the sample. It’s just a tad lighter, but maybe it’s because the sample was satin and the gallon is eggshell. Does that sound right?

Hey. We are having a day. H has a fever and headache and therefore is very crabby. Right now I’m getting her to take a nap. She has a little bit of school work to finish today and then I told her we can play. She is not cooperating at all. We are going to “fly to Hawaii” in our living room if she ever gets it done. S’s teacher sent it as an activity to do this week. wedding I’m glad you were able to sleep a little more last night.

Take before and after pictures, lahdeedah! I really wanted to paint the glass room and the brick over the April break but I have no supplies. I did hear Home Depot delivers. trtlcrzy, poor H! Hope it’s short lived. 70% off Picasso tiles on Zulily if anyone needs another indoor activity!

FWIW, I've always heard that Ben Moore formulates their paints so that they cannot be perfectly matched with other brands of paint. I'm not sure if that is *actually* true, though. But in case you are making yourself crazy analyzing, that may be why, haha. I like both those colors, though (white dove is one I'm considering for our kitchen). Bet they will look good!

I don’t why I just didn’t get it at Ben Moore. I got white dove at Ben Moore because I like their advance paint formula for the trim. It didn’t occur to me to just get it there because it’s not like I got a rebate at Lowe’s like I normally do. 🤦🏽♀️ I swear my brain has been operating at a lower threshold since this virus took over our lives. ETA: I did get the sample from Lowe’s too and compared to the card, it seemed like an exact match. The gallon seems a touch lighter, but it’s not too far off that it won’t work. I think. guster Once our governor announced SIP, I went to get the paint before it went into effect. I really need more mulch, but not sure if I can go get it since it’s not essential. I checked to see if I can order it online for pick up, but it’s in store purchase only.

MH just sent me a video of Cass. She learned to ride a bike today! We talked about taking her training wheels off since we have time with Rona. But she just took off and is riding! Bike rides are going to be so much easier once she has a little more practice down. So proud of her.

I’m exhausted. Painting at 5 weeks pregnant and 28 weeks pregnant is a whole different experience. DH did all the high walls and I got the low stuff, including behind the railing (which was a pain in the ass). But, the walls are all painted now! Tomorrow I will touch up the ceilings, which I was waiting to do until all the other stuff was done. I didn’t realize how many cobwebs were on my ceiling until today. I can’t wait for this project to be done. Now I’m planting my butt on the couch and not getting up for an hour.
