We should be en route to Florida. I'm disappointed. Luckily we hadn't mentioned it to the kids.

Morning. It’s supposed to be super nice outside today so we will be going out to play for sure. Apparently DH and H decided to take the training wheels off her bike yesterday. She can’t do it on her own yet though so I’m going to have to help her balance. Do y'all have a balance bike? We borrowed a friends and after M used it for a week she was able to ride without training wheels. She'd go as fast as she could and see how long she could keep her feet off the ground. No, we don’t. I think she wants to do no training wheels because some of her friends can do it but she’s not quite ready. I ended up putting the training wheels back on but put them on as high as I could make them so she wasn’t relying on them. She has a tendency to lean left. |

You guys are funny. I have had so many crazy, vivid dreams this pregnancy. I don’t remember this with either of the girls’ pregnancies but maybe I blocked it out. My sleep has been all out of whack with the illness and whatnot in my house. I’m hoping to get back on schedule this week.

My sleep has gone to shit as well. But H is still waking up in the MOTN. Stop it kid. has he always or is this just cuz of his ears? My sleep is shit too but I think it's just all this crap the world Ever since we transferred from the crib he’s been doing this. It got a bit better for awhile but now we’re back to nightly wake ups. MH asked me last night when this was going to end. Ummmm, wtf would you like me to do about it? |

We spent like 6 hours outside today. I am pretty sure I got a sunburn on my face. It was so nice to be outside and not freeze. It’s supposed to be even nicer tomorrow, but I will be putting sun screen on everybody.

The owner is refusing to give their money back but the state of Florida requiring 14 days quarantine for anyone coming from NJ so they can’t go. That sucks. I am so happy we booked with airbnb for our trip. It was easy to cancel and when I brought up that I didn’t get refunded the service fee per their covid policy, they refunded it right away. |

COVID vent:
So one of the things our Governor is doing is having the National Guard visit the summer homes on the coast and basically anyone that cane from NY needs to quarantine for 14 days from the day they arrived. A bit extreme but we had an influx of New Yorkers flee to our coast when things were heating up there.
This woman has been on every news channel, including national, from her fancy ass beach house talking about how she feels violated and unsafe here. Then go lady! I’m highly annoyed by those fleeing an area that is heavily infected to another area. Stay at home!! I would be unnerved by the National Guard coming to my door but would totally understand and it’s just the way it is right now.

wedding, my town is big on weekenders, too. Our town selectman has been very vocal about the 14 day quarantine, but he’s been trying to walk the line in helping everyone. He asked our little grocery store and liquor store to start doing curbside pick up to avoid contamination from the influx of people. Our numbers are low (currently 6 cases) but it doubled in a 2 days. On the message boards, people want to know if they are cases from nyc who came here or people who live here full time. It’s a mess.
