Our operations guy sent an email out today that anyone who is coughing or has shortness of breath, needs to be sent home. I asked my boss if that means I can go home, I've had that for 2 weeks, she laughed at me. He also specifically said to not have any unnecessary meetings...as he was inviting us to a meeting to discuss coronavirus in the workplace. So stupid.

And fuck DST. I overslept. Then when I was waiting on my dogs to do their business, I went downstairs because one of the dogs left the bedroom for awhile last night. Sure enough, she shit downstairs. Fortunately, it was on the wood entryway, and not carpet. But it was solid and I didn't have time to get it 100% clean. Part of me hopes the cleaners see it and finish for me, part of me hopes they don't see it because I'm embarassed I left my house like that.

Morning! S and I are heading to target shortly. She’s going to exchange one of her birthday presents and I need to get a gift for my friend because she had her baby yesterday! She was team green and it ended up being a boy. He is a big guy 9lb12oz. I’m going to meet him this afternoon and S will be going over to MIL’s house to hang. I’m so excited for new baby snuggles.

It stormed through the night. Which I didn't know was going to happen. I left my car out because the boys were riding bikes in the garage. J had his 1st tee ball practice last night and it was adorable. He did really great. He was worried he wouldn't know what to do but his coaches seem great. I've gotten 2 loads of laundry put away. I have one in the washer and dryer still too. I went to unload the dishwasher and apparently when I asked A last night if he started it and he said "uh huh" he was mistaken.. it smells awful. Idk what in there is causing it.

So I thought k slept through the night great until I went in and she had thrown up all over herself and was freezing 😷 I gave her a bath and then puked 2 more times while getting us ready...so def not just a puke from coughing situation. I'm not hoping it's from constipation since she otherwise is fine.. holding onto shreds of hope that it's not a bug that is about to take down our house.

J was supposed to dress up as a leader today. I realized last night. That did not happen, oh well.

Hiiii. I'm hanging in post-springing forward but I have a feeling it's going to be a long week. At least I'm working from home on Friday so we can hit the road for VT earlier than usual. But man, it's going to be painful to get there.

On the work front, I've been working with a few clients in a beta capacity to try out our new functionality and it's been going amazingly well. We've had new clients using it since late fall but this is the first time we've had existing clients working with it, so we've been a bit nervous about it. Everyone seems to be picking up the new process flow pretty quickly and the reports we've created are such a huge improvement that if anything, I've had a tough time getting any real constructive criticism. Not the worst problem to have, at the end of the day.

I'm at a bit of a loss at to whether to go down to FL next week, seeing as my Dad is basically the worst possible person to be exposed to the coronavirus. I obviously don't need to decide now and I don't really care about possibly eating the cost of my ticket (I've heard Frontier is being awful about their handling of virus-related cancellations), but my brother is freaking out and wants to know NOW. Ultimately I'm letting my parents decide with my Dad's doctor's guidance.

Welcome back flamingo! How was the house hunting? Did you find anything?

So there’s one we’re very interested in...it’s not officially being listed until next month but our realtor knows theirs and got us in to see it early before we came back here. I wasn’t expecting much based on the old Zillow pics (from when current owners bought it) but they have made some nice improvements.

It’s in our old neighborhood, just a different subdivision, so we are very familiar with that aspect of things. Big yard and tons of big trees, cul de sac street, and 3 car garage.

Nothing else we saw really grabbed us...so we are still ‘thinking’ about this one seeing if anything else pops up in next couple weeks.

Disney was...exhausting, lol. I do not know how people survive a week there. But the kids, especially Bradley, loved it. We got to hit the rides we wanted and they enjoyed the character dinner. Our resort was nice. But I’m not in a rush to go back 😂
