tgrimes , are you sure you don't need stitches? My grandfather apparently sawed through his finger the other day. He drove himself to the ER. My mom said there was a blood trail in his house, but he was too prideful to call her or my Aunt for help. They were able to sew his finger tip back on. 6 stitches. Okay, I'm dumb. How do I know if I need stitches? It's currently not bleeding and the skin flap is covering it. I cannot believe your grandfather was able to drive himself! Oh, I have no idea. If it's not bleeding any more, then I would think it should be fine.

Thanks that helps . I’m not really that worried, but people around me raising eyebrows when they hear ds still has a pull up at night and I’m letting them get to me. Don’t let others bother you. When L was not day potty trained by summer of 2017 a lot of people at work were making looks and comments. Then it just clicked for him. Like tgrimes said. Don’t stress it will come eventually. Exactly. M didn't day train until 4.5. Then night trained a week later. J day trained at 2 but is still not night trained. Every kid is different. Unless pull ups are breaking the bank, don't sweat it. And thank you for that tgrimes . Sending that to A. He hates that J isn't night trained.

MJ is so insanely cranky. I finally got her to nurse to sleep. Basically by holding her to my boob until she latched. She's distraught looking for A. She's lead me upstairs 3 times to check if he's there. Then cries when he's not.. joke on us. Stay at home mom and she wants the one parent that isnt here..

What does the cut look like? Last year I cut my foot and the cut was kinda like a triangle with a flap of skin. I ended up needing stitches cause they said it wouldn't reattach itself like it would if it were a straight cut.

Can you use steri strips to keep it together. or you can go right old school and use crazy glue, that should keep it together.

tgrimes Can you send a pic to your Dr? When I stabbed my hand last year they said to watch it for infection and for it to kind of 'curl up' on the ends, but if it's a clean cut, it should heal ok it will just take a while and it could take up to a year for the nerves to heal fully. It sucks though, just one more thing that you have to take care of worry about.

Just getting caught up on the last several days. I was in CO helping Tim after he got snipped and for some reason my Tapa is a PITA when I’m there. Re: Coronavirus, I am concerned only because I do have immunodeficiency, so not feeling very confident I could fight it off or not have complications. Plus, my lung function is already compromised from previous bouts of pneumonia. So, yeah. Plus, my sister has lupus and it attacks her lungs regularly, so I worry about her as well. peachsmama how are you feeling? I just wanted to tell you what you’re experiencing is very relatable and ask you to reach out if you need to talk. It’s super tough having a very clingy baby when the boys need you, too. I know you said they’re being challenging, but I would guess they are reacting to the changes. It gets better, I don’t know if that helps when it is so damn hard right now, though. Hang in there and steal whatever moments you can find for yourself.

Also, morning everyone. I'm tired and want to snack on everything in sight. Good thing I've got my meals prepped and at work, which includes chicken tacos, salads and grain bread with avocado and fresh tomoto, for lunches otherwise I'd be indulging in take out everyday. I also made this homemade jello over the weekend and highly recommend. www.superhealthykids.com/recipes/healthy-homemade-jello-recipe/

I know it will improve when the weather gets better. I just hate leaving the house when I know I'm going to be cold the whole time, so I don't make the effort to get out as much and that really kills my mood.

X used the potty on his own several times this weekend!
He’s been taking off his pants and saying pee or potty then running to to the bathroom.
This morning when I went to get the boys, he was trying to take off his shirt but had gotten stuck. Dude was patiently sitting with him trying to explain how to lift his arms to maneuver out. So cute.
I made them green eggs and ham for breakfast, which they wanted to look at, but refused to touch.

cagoldi gooooo X!!! That is awesome and dude is super sweet . They are all so sweet with one another, it melts my heart daily. Lately Poppy has been fetching snacks for the boys, and when X gets upset she pets his hair and tries to soothe him. X regularly offers toys and snacks to Dude and Sparky. Dude is so good about trying to teach them new things. I just die of the cuteness all the time.

I'm putting together bags to hand out to the NICU families in honor of A's bday. So far each bag (I need 55) will have a pack of gum, mints, bag of trail mix, granola bar, fruity candy and chocolate candy. Anything else I should add?

Hand creme, because of the rubbing alcohol? Tiny notebook to write down questions or memories?

Oh my gosh you guys I am so sore. I decided to sweep out the garage when we got home from conferences which turned into me cutting back the perennials and cleaning up my flower beds. I was outside for 3.5 hours and now my lower back is killing me. I’m currently laying in bed with a heating pad. I plan to do nothing for the rest of the day.

Well.
I knew the day would come, but didn’t expect it in kindergarten.
Atticus’ homework is to practice counting ordinal numbers and I don’t know what the hell that means.
