In my sole attempt at productivity today, I just ordered MIL's birthday gift (11 days early...might be a new record.) I hope she likes almond-scented stuff from L'Occitane! If she doesn't I will happily take it off her hands.

It was way better than bowling, for sure (sorry, kids). Only problem with day-drinking is that I am worthless the rest of the afternoon. Oh well, we only celebrate the presidents' birthdays once a year! Lol! |

Ffc: I don't like the new glasses Cadence picked. I don't dare say anything, but I think they are ugly. Pink rims with blueish/purple arms. Idk. She likes them, so I guess that's all that matters. Lol. She is still cute in them! |

MH says M has been eating well all day and he just at a good dinner so I will hope to not jinx myself, and say it’s a one-off.

Hi, guys! Thanks for the birthday wishes. It was a pretty good day; the kids made supercute cards, DH got me a bunch of fancy cake-decorating stuff, we went to a kids birthday party, I got a pedicure and my eyebrows done, and we ended with hibachi for dinner.
