M has a pancake breakfast at school with the kindergarten teachers this morning. It was a fundraiser thing we bought back in October. I know she’s going to be disappointed because her teacher won’t be there. She hasn’t told the kids yet but she just found out they were matched with a baby to adopt and they get to meet him today!
She said they have the nursery out together so they just need clothes and toys. I wish I had known because I just purged toys recently. Anyway, I got really excited for her and bought a few things already. I’m sure once she tells the rest of the parents we’ll all chip in and get some more stuff. So exciting!

How exciting for M's teacher tgrimes! Nothing exciting here today. Laundry, some groceries, etc. H leaves tomorrow for Illinois so I'll see what he wants to do today. I'm just happy I'm not going fridge shopping!

That’s so sweet of y’all, and exciting for the teacher tgrimes! A friend of mine is a K teacher and her class/the room mom organized a bridal ‘shower’ when she got married. Her (then) fiancé came to school to meet the kids, etc. It was so cute.

Morning! B had a basketball game this morning and scored the last basket from the top of the key right before the buzzer. It was so cute, his little face just lit up—I think he was surprised he made it, lol. We are now having breakfast at CFA...❤️-shaped biscuits for the holiday, and I am loving it. B has a bday party later this afternoon that DH is taking him to, but otherwise not much on the agenda today.

Currently at gymnastics, then a quick Target run for a gift for a bowling birthday party this afternoon. Then straight to swim. Mh may have friends coming over tonight, but I'm hoping it's cancelled. One of them wasn't feeling well yesterday and I told him, no illness in my house.
15 minutes and I can register 2 weeks of Cadence's summer. I'm bouncing around to various day camps this year and everyone opens registration at different times.

Morning. Both of us were up most of the night with dd for lord knows why, luckily this doesn’t happen very often. Another day of painting and decorating. I bought a pain colour that looked great on the sample, but awful on the wall, so back to the drawing board it is.
Dh is a bit of a scatterbrain and couldn’t find his keys this morning. I became more and more annoyed, because a year ago we changed the locks to the house & needed to buy a new bike because he left his keys inside his bike and it was stolen. After searching for his key for over 30min today, and us being one step closer to a divorce, dd ‘found’ the keys. She had hidden them in her little trinket box. I had already asked the kids three times if they had hid them...
We got ourselves a nice dinner & the kids are currently eating their snack plate fir dinner ifo the telly.

Although, I may have it cheaper where I am based off of the summer camp thread on GD. I think someone said $300+/week per kid I was like . Most camps here start registration in March and some have early bird rates.

The priciest one I’ve looked at down home was $200 (some of the ‘specialty’ camps are a bit more expensive probably due to materials and smaller camper/instructor ratios) but I saw several for less. Thankfully I don’t need a whole summer of it, just a week here or there to break up the time.

Morning.
So far no sign of shingles, so I’m cautiously optimistic. That sensation in my leg has subsided, so maybe just a fluke. I hope I’m not jinxing it.
Not too much planned today. Just doing some stuff around the house. We may go out for lunch and a target run. There is a basketball game at Mh’s school later that we will decide on when it gets closer.
Hope everyone has an enjoyable Saturday.

There are a couple specialty ones that are a little more and I may let him do 1 or two of those. It’s just crazy that the more expensive ones aren’t even full day. I have wait to figure out if I can swing it with my work schedule this summer.

Waiting at the dental office.
I hope it’s over with quickly. We have plans to make cookie dough fudge, meet my sister at the park, then go to the movies.

Hi all! Happy Saturday.
We had soccer at 8:15am this morning, it was annoying to get up and moving that early but it’s nice it’s out of the way. Nothing planned other than a birthday party later for B and I think that J and I will grocery shop during that time.

No, thank goodness. Intensely painful right when it broke but fine after that. Unfortunately, they won’t work on me because I usually have to premedicate due to my heart murmur. So it sounds like they are going to call in my ABX, and let me do my usual 4 pills one hour before dental procedures, then come back. Not sure how I will do that. Maybe I can get my sisters to watch the kids tomorrow.

Morning. We went to our friend’s house last night after supper and ended up staying way too late. The girls and I slept in some but I’m still very tired. DH volunteered to work this morning so he will be gone until early afternoon. There’s an activity going on downtown that I’m considering taking the girls to but I’m tired so I don’t know if we will. I’ve got laundry going but otherwise nothing really planned/on the list for today.

Well, #silverlinings. I randomly was in conversation with one of the women in the dental office and she referred me to a special needs dentist for X Man.
