I’m working overnights again this week. My throat still hurts but still no fever so I’m good to go. I’m hoping to rest al day so work is bearable.

Morning! DH didn’t have to be in til 10 today so he’s taking B to speech.  C and I are about to head out for our grocery order. No big plans today, I need to finish wrapping baby gifts and get them mailed out. |

I took today off to recover. Evie is at school and H is at work, although he has a short day, so when he gets home, we will go get Super Bowl gear.

M is fine, my throat still hurts, and H is coughing/snotty. His appt is in an hour so we’ll see what the test says. Probably a waste of time but I’d feel like a shitty parent if he had strep and I didn’t get him tested since M & I have it. I’m sorry you’re having to work nights. Hopefully you can rest up and start to feel better soon. |

I'm at work.
MH was completely useless this morning. I asked him to give Cadence her allergy medicine, got out of hte shower and he's still holding the damn cup. He hands it to me, says she won't take it, then says, there are her clothes and then tries to head back to bed. I stopped him real fast on that one and told him to take her into the kitchen and give her something to drink with it and to then help her get effing dressed. I was still the one to help her get dressed.
We're pressed for time and that of course means we have lost shoes. I'm looking everywhere, Cadence is looking everywhere, while the dumbass lays in bed. I was livid, so you best believe I start turning on all the lights and opening doors and making all kinds of noise. Then finally, FINALLY, I hear, "I GUESS I'll get up to help look." Uh, you think???
Needless to say he is not my favorite person this morning.
Cadence and I are dealing with major allergy shit, even one of the cats has watery eyes. We are a pathetic little crew. LOL

Busy weekend for us - friends had a little party on Saturday and the kids were having so much fun we stayed till 10, so we were all pretty shot on Sunday - we basically lounged around watching tv and playing. I was even able to break away for a bit to catch up on Million Little Things.
It was glorious.

Morning. I am currently in the waiting room at pt. H Is off school today, but S still has it so we dropped her off and then DH informed me he was on his way home from work. Not exactly sure why but I dropped H at home and am glad she doesn’t have to sit here through both appts. After this appt I have to go to the chiro office.

I swear I work with a bunch of old ass bittys. If I hear that the halftime show was a "bit much" one more time. There was nothing wrong with the half time show. So what if she got up on a pole. You're over 50, can you get up on a pole and do that shit? Then one attorney said she felt the twerking was too much. Uh, bitch, you don't know what twerking is if you thought that was what they were doing. I swear.

The halftime show was the best it's been in YEARS. They were both so comfortable and proud up there, I loved it, have watched it in full a few times and listened to Shakira the whole commute in.

Morning. We’re at gymnastics for H. He was slow moving this morning so I don’t know if he’s just tired from staying up late or if he’s coming down with something. Hopefully he’ll take a nap this afternoon.
We had people over for the super bowl and one friend texted this morning asking if anyone else was sick because her and her H were up all night with stomach issues. Nobody else reported anything, which means it probably wasn’t food, but a bug, so hopefully it doesn’t spread.

Morning. Normal Monday over here, groceries, schoolrun, swim class. I had lunch with my sister, which was nice. I made batches of soup for the freezer and prepped tacos for Dh and I tonight, yum!
