Y’all... ok I guess I should trigger warning. Child loss Re Kobe.... apparently the second oldest daughter confirmed to be on the plane. ETA: I had to change it. MH was listening to a reporter and they were saying the girls, but just the 13 year old has been confirmed. I’m still gonna be sick. Omg, I didn't realize any of the kids were on the plane. How awful. |

mwhip we always have a problem if there’s three. Whether it be the two brothers from down the street, his two boy cousins, or two girl cousins. Fights always happen with three.

mwhip we always have a problem if there’s three. Whether it be the two brothers from down the street, his two boy cousins, or two girl cousins. Fights always happen with three. Mondays I watch my niece's and the 3 big kids just fight. Ages 4,3 and 2. It makes me crazy! |

What's the old saying, "2's company, 3's a crowd?" So true.
Speaking of darling little angels, my 2 have been playing nicely together all afternoon, to the point that DH and I both dozed off in the living room watching HGTV. 😳
I woke up to the pitter patter of little feet and whispering, and after a few minutes they came in to say they had a surprise for us--they had completely cleaned up the playroom and put away EVERYTHING.
Can this be every Sunday??

Had to search for a missing lost tooth today.
Stripped the couch to wash the covers because one of the cats vomited all over it.
It's been a busy day. Cadence was helpful some of the time, but now that I've asked her to pick up her toys she is being quite ornery.
Eta: oh, and my period started today, a week early. This is my 2nd one this month. So annoying.

flamingo we had an amazing Sunday as well. S woke up too early and I told him to go back to sleep. He asked me to lie down w him and we both fell asleep for another hour. Then he asked to work in his new workbook which he proceeded to do on and off all morning, breaking only for an impromptu dance party with B Then the older classes at the school of Rock S goes to had a performance at a local bar and we met up w S 2 bffs and their families. It was neat to see what they could aspire to. Then we all went bowling. Now we are relaxing watching tv till bedtime in 30 min.

Josie lost her first tooth today. She swallowed it. I told her the tooth fairy is understanding of these things but we left a note just in case.

I cleaned all morning and then went to bils house to work with his fiance on our cricut. I made this to hang MJ's bows on. First thing I've made with it and I'm excited. Now I want to make more things lol.  |

Lol flamingo that sounds lovely! My kids were in a mood today. N kept declaring it "the worst day everrrr" when we'd ask her to go to the bathroom or put her coat on. And j was a bit of a jerk and somehow on the topic of catching butterflies, he said if you catch one, you should punch it in the face and eat it. 😳 He claims he thought he was being funny. Related, does anyone else find dogman books to be extremely violent? I had no idea and we are struggling to read parts with him and N there. I'm mad at myself for getting them. |

vino I hope you arent getting it too! You guys...my kid is testing my patience to the limits. She never shuts up, she doesnt listen to what I say, even if shes punished, she talks back, etc. I really hate this age. I have no idea how you moms of more than one stay sane because shes going to make me run away. Well, I don’t stay sane.🤷♀️ My babies broke my brain and I am a wreck. So. |

Dude just told me I am the best mom in the solar system, including the dwarf planets and the Kuiper belt.
Fairly certain no moms live on any dwarf planets or in the Kuiper belt, but the sentiment was cute.

tallb We’re deep in the Dog Man books over here and the story is a little stupid and a little much at times. In saying all that B’s imagination has taken off; he is drawing and coming up with stories for his own comics, so I REALLY stress those parts and the more ‘violent’ parts are silly and he knows that it’s just a book. Maybe ask J how he feels about them randomly in the car or something away from the books and see what he says about it, if they’re bothering him then just put them away.

What a day. J decided that she wanted to go to my Mom’s this morning so we ate breakfast and I drove her there, B was so excited. I went grocery shopping and cleaned the house. I had more time so I went to the mall to BBW for some new candles and to the Matt and Nat store. I tried on two size bags and I couldn’t decide so I just got both, ooops!  |

mwhip as to how us moms of more than one deal right now - I was just saying I am struggling with 6. We have some amazing times - and the things he is learning are blowing me away. But we are struggling with behavior/tantrums in a way we never have before. We will have a week or even more where everything is perfect, then a handful of days with full blown ridiculous tantrums the likes of which I haven't seen since he was 3 (maybe even worse than 3 b/c he's smarter/stronger/more stubborn). All b/c he didn't get his way about 1 stupid little thing. We had what I think (hope) was a breakthrough on Saturday and I'm hopeful more peaceful days lie ahead. He has always been such an amazingly good kid that this has really thrown me for a loop.
