Hey everyone! Sorry I missed the last check-in-- I was late to post and then I figured I'd just skip it since probably everyone was busy with the holidays.

For the purposes of this check-in, we will define extended breastfeeding as breastfeeding beyond 1 year. Questions are repeated and suggestions are appreciated!

2. How many times per day does your LO nurse?
3. Does your LO drink other milk besides breast milk? How did you introduce it?
4. What's the weirdest thing you've used breast milk for? If you were trying to cure an ailment with it, did it work?

Hi! My girl did finally self wean at 28 months a couple of weeks ago. I know I had been saying to you all I was ready the last couple months but felt guilty forcing it. Happy it worked out like it did!

3. Does your LO drink other milk besides breast milk? How did you introduce it? Sometimes he will have cows milk. He was introduced to it by stealing his older brother’s cup one day 😂.
4. What's the weirdest thing you've used breast milk for? If you were trying to cure an ailment with it, did it work? We used it for cradle cap with my oldest. It seemed to work alright.

GTKY: Are you making any New Year's resolutions? I have some personal goals related to my business/artwork. Try to get healthier. Use less trash.

3. Does your LO drink other milk besides breast milk? How did you introduce it? I started sending WCM to DC when I stopped pumping. He had tried it a few times at home and liked it, so we didn't have to gradually transition over.
4. What's the weirdest thing you've used breast milk for? If you were trying to cure an ailment with it, did it work? DS1 had a blocked tear duct as a newborn and i used to try to drip milk in his eye, lol. it did not work.

GTKY: Are you making any New Year's Resolutions? Just my usual vague desire to get more exercise.
