Well that was an unpleasant test. I now feel like I have cement in my gut. I guess at least I was able to swallow it this time, unlike last time where the tech basically yelled at me because the crap kept coming back up. So I guess Im getting better at drinking barium. Ha.
Good news: I didn't even need to change into my yoga pants, she let me keep my jeans on.

Also B got a clean bill of health this morning at the dr. But he is still coughing so we will see if this escalates as it has the last few times. I’m trying to be positive though. Of course as I type this he just coughed. Also we are going to see my SIL and her newly 3 y/o twins and she said one has a cough and a cold. So all that to say we’ll probably be back at the pedi in time for New Years eve I would see if the PID Foundation has any helpful resources about getting the infusions covered (of course, as you stated, he needs a DX first). My code reads as “antibody deficiency with near normal immunoglobulins.” He is still making IGM, but not in sufficient quantities or of sufficient quality to keep him from getting and staying sick. They don’t want to do infusions for people when they have infections that are controlled with antibiotics, but it’s pretty easy to make the argument that isn’t the case with him. He can’t mount a proper immune response. |

Also hi from the car! Left at noon and we are still on the road (should be 3.75 hours total). Hope to be there in the next 20 minutes. Kids are being amazing. I want to send an 8 million dollar check to whoever came up with the idea of iPads in the car. So far they’ve watched frozen, lion king, and when the internet failed, toy story 4 that we downloaded. Now Sam put something on a I don’t even know what they are watching since they both have headphones. It’s glorious It really is. Only way I keep my sanity during car trips. Glad they did well. My two did well. M slept the whole way and M2 woke up with an hour left to go but watched bubble guppies until we made it. 🙌🏽 |

Hi! Problems at work had me stay for 10 hours but I had to leave because the nanny was leaving. Now the kids and I are eating pizza. C is working and as soon as the kids are in bed I need to finish my last paper for this week and start next weeks homework.

Hi hi - marathon of a day. We slept in a bit so we didn't make it to the bowl game parade with my mom and sister. We hadn't considered going to the game, but it was 55 degrees, so my BIL took j and my nephew, so that was pretty cool for them. The girls went for a walk. Then came home and my in-laws all were here for pizza and my kids were tired disasters.
