Morning. I'm at work, tired unsurprisingly. MIL invited us over for lunch today but I will be at work when they go over. She asked if I would come over after work and I really don't think I'm going to be in the mood so we will see. My coworker gave me some super yummy sugared pecans that I ate entirely too quickly. I love sugar pecans! |

I was going to do cookies with Cadence, but I'm not in the baking or holiday mood, plus the idea of going to the grocery store makes me want to do absolutely anything else. So instead we made a blueberry muffin box mix and I let her put colored sanding sugar on top for some holiday flair. She thought it was great, so yay.
I'll message my mom and ask her to do some sort of baking task with her when she's there next week.
She is doing yet another gingerbread house today and I've brought out my entire sprinkle/decorations for her to use.

So the grocery stores were not as busy I thought they would be. I had to go to 5 stores to get buttermilk. I didn’t realize buttermilk was a hot commodity this year.

I just got a letter from my insurance the other guy is asking for more then double then what is covered by my policy.

I started wrapping gifts while Cadence was with mh at FILs. Good thing, because the gift set I got Cadence from Build a Bear was missing 2 of the 3 things and I had to call them. Basically, I now have to go to the mall tomorrow to get the 2 pieces they forgot. 🤦

chrisy01 what does that mean? Do you have to come up with the difference? If the insurance company and the lawyer can’t agree on the settlement it will go to court and I will have to pay anything not covered by insurance. After talking with my mom she said that the lawyer is asking for a lot more to get the maximum from the insurance company. I’ll just wait and see. |

Hi hi - lazy day here. Mh took N to Costco and j was bored around the house all day. He watched me do a 30 min holiday ride and was the cutest cheerleader "wow you are so fast! You are doing great!" - I am woefully out of shape and at the bottom of the thousands of people that have taken the class, but was motivating!
Then we tried to go to a park that has a light display and the line to park was not moving, so we left and drove by a fancy house and came home for hot chocolate and the Grinch...I will call it a win despite it not working out as planned. At least we didn't have to leave bc of a screaming child/baby.

I did not go to my ILs, I came home and took a long nap. I watched the muppets Christmas carol, which I haven’t seen in years. I started it before the girls went to bed, which was a mistake because S just kept asking me a billion questions so I couldn’t hear anything. I should probably pick up my house and then go to bed soon.
