tgrimes that sound crappy. Lo’s preschool was/is notorious for last minute notices for all the things. Hopefully she accidentally put the wrong date.

I work at 9 tonight until 8 tomorrow morning. 3 days of overnights. But I’m excited to get the first part of this project done.
I also start my new class tomorrow.

Also, unrelated to aforementioned divorce drama: Pete text me to tell me he has chills and stayed home to rest, so he can’t come by to see the kids tonight.
Totally fine, everyone needs a break sometimes, but boy am I laughing a little like “I don’t get sick days,” but whatever man.

flamingo I did that the other night to see what all I have for wrapping paper. I’m trying to use up all of my almost done rolls this year, and then I’ll get some clearance ones after Xmas to use next year. I got the organizing/cleaning bug and spent an hour fighting with a shelf in one of my kitchen cabinets and then moving some things around. I want to be better about putting things away right after I’m done with them instead of letting them pile up on my island. I also feel like I’m not using my space as well as I could in my kitchen. I feel this way about the cabinetry we use as the pantry; it’s way too deep to be efficient so there is a lot of wasted space and stuff gets pushed to the back and then I forget about it. ETA: I love going to Hallmark after Christmas, they mark paper down to $1/roll. Which explains why I have duplicates...because when I love a pattern, I buy more 🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️ My pantry is a super annoying space to organize. It’s a closet with 23.5in deep shelves. There is no great way to organize it so you can see everything. |

I hate my pantry. I want to redo it but it’s not in the cards for awhile. The next house project is a new screen door for our patio and replacing the toilet in the upstairs hall bathroom (the kids bathroom).

I’m sorry cagoldi. I hope the issues clear up fast. tgrimes that’s super frustrating. I hope she just got the date wrong. Also they need to get their shit together if they aren’t sending the emails to all the parents. |

I got my car back! They washed it, and it’s 15 degrees out, so my door handles were a little iced up and I had to pull them with a little force to open the door. Also, switching car seats in these temps suck.

I think we got some good pics tonight. She wore the same outfit she wore last year, which whatever. And I bribed her with ice cream and told her she could play on the playground. Its 20 degrees out. My friend did one pic outside...that was enough to convince her she didn't want to play outside!
