Week/fruit/EDD or age of outside baby: 3 weeks today! FTM, etc: 3TM Appointments: next baby appointment isnโt until early January at 2 months. 6 week appointment for me in 3 weeks Team (pink, blue, green, finding out): pink Milestones: Baby is still sleeping a lot but is starting to stay awake a little linger after feedings. Symptoms: n/a Rants: today is the last day of due diligence for our buyers so fx they donโt do anything crazy! Raves: my dad is visiting and helping me pack. Downside of moving shortly after having a baby is that I still havenโt really gotten to relax and rest. GTKY: Thanksgiving is next week! Whatโs your favorite food to eat/prepare? Iโm a vegetarian so mostly side dishes. We bought cauliflower stuffing from Trader Joeโs for this year. Someone had posted about it on Facebook. Iโm pretty excited about that! Bonus: pic of S from this week!

Week/fruit/EDD or age of outside baby: 37+6, 12/3
FTM, etc: 3rd
Appointments: OB appt got moved to Friday morning. My doctor had a family emergency so I had to reschedule it from tomorrow.
Team (pink, blue, green, finding out): Pink
Milestones: Baby is term, so she could come any day now ๐ฌ (but please wait one more week!!)
Symptoms: Had a few irregular contractions last night, but itโs dwindled to BH. Light swelling in hands/feet, some heartburn, and sometimes when Iโm standing, I get this random pain/spasm in my groin ligaments that feels like someone is trying to cut my leg off. Itโs fun when it happens in public- people probably think Iโm going into labor when I suddenly bend over.
Rants: I am SO ready to not have another human occupying my body.
Raves: Got the house decorated for Christmas and it makes me happy.
GTKY: Thanksgiving is next week! Whatโs your favorite food to eat/prepare?
I love baking, so my favorite thing to make (and eat) is pumpkin or apple pie. Also really looking forward to stuffing and mashed potatoes!

sundog Thanks for taking over this week! Week/fruit/EDD or age of outside baby: 4 days old! FTM, etc: 3tm Appointments: tomorrow for the pedi, 2 weeks for the ob Team (pink, blue, green, finding out): blue Milestones: not being pregnant any more, going home Symptoms: normal pp stuff--I have cried randomly a few times already Rants: I wish moving around was easier. Our bed is really tall and it's very hard to get into. I'd also like B to sleep in his bassinet some so we could get some sleep. Raves: He has been an angel during the day. I know it's too early to tell anything about him long-term, but I'll take it. GTKY: Thanksgiving is next week! Whatโs your favorite food to eat/prepare? I'm not cooking this year except for maybe the green bean casserole and sweet potato casserole that my H has to have. Other than that, my dad will take care of it all. My favorite thing is a plate of leftover rolls with gravy drizzled on top. I would eat that for the actual meal if it was acceptable. On a normal year, I enjoy making pecan pie but I could take it or leave it as far as actually eating it.

Week/fruit/EDD or age of outside baby: 34w / cabbage / 12/30 but my RCS is scheduled 12/23 FTM, etc: second Appointments: Thursday Team blue Milestones: 35 days left! I feel like this is a milestone lol. Also, I think this is my final full week in the office; there's the holiday next week and the week after, all of my coworkers will be away on a trip. Typically I'd be going too but obv not and I'll be working from home that whole week. Then it's just two more weeks and I have weekly appointments so I think I'll WFH an extra day those weeks too. Symptoms: Heartburn, fatigue, and I have some pubic symphysis pain that's snuck in today โ thankfully I'm seeing the chiropractor tomorrow afternoon who should help with that Rants: I do not appreciate waking up every two hours to pee. I was up four times last night. Raves: Mh got the crib put back together and I've started washing baby clothes. It's nice to have the house coming together for babe. GTKY: Thanksgiving is next week! Whatโs your favorite food to eat/prepare? Sweet potatoes! I like to cook them down on the stovetop with brown sugar and cinnamon and they are my very favorite part of Thanksgiving. I'm also looking forward to making a cranberry custard pie with a ginger snap crust to take to a friend's house for dessert We're having a low key Thanksgiving meal just the three of us at home and I'm really looking forward to it.

And yes, I will be in the hospital on Christmas. They say discharge is possible after 48 hours assuming all is well, so we're really hoping to maybe go home that day.

I would be bummed to not be there for my older one to wake up on Christmas morning but obviously you can't control that.

And to get to take the baby home on Christmas will be the best gift. Mh is planning to sleep at home on Christmas Eve, so one of us will be there. And they're going to bring a few gifts and M's stocking to open at the hospital that morning.

Week/fruit/EDD or age of outside baby: 1 month old on Thursday
FTM, etc: STM
Appointments: baby has her follow up appt with the pediatric cardiologist tomorrow. 2 month well check is the week of Christmas. I have my 6 week pp appt in 2 weeks.
Team (pink, blue, green, finding out): pink
Milestones: how is my baby 1 month already?! ๐ญ๐ญ
Symptoms:
Rants: She has her awake moments in the middle of the night the last few days. It's been a little rough.
Raves: I love that she is being more alert when she is awake. I see her actually focus on my face when she opens her eyes rather than aimless looking around.
GTKY: Thanksgiving is next week! Whatโs your favorite food to eat/prepare?
Im not making anything this year. My ILs are coming to visit but my MIL is making everything and I'm perfectly ok with that this year. I love having sweet potato casserole and mashed potatoes each year though!
