They asked me to come in to work, so I’m here. I feel better just blowing my nose a lot and have a mild tickle in my throat occasionally. My hands will be so dry after today because of sanitizing after every blow.
M2 seemed better this morning. He is home with Mh today since it was his slow day at work. I should be out of here at 3pm. Have to figure out what’s for dinner. It may be a rotisserie chicken kind of night because I’m in no mood to cook much.

Will you get the results today lfig ? I hope it’s nothing serious. She said probably. I think it’s probably just stress related. But we shall see. Stress or lack of sleep!

Morning! I slept like crap for no reason, which almost never happens and I feel like a wet rag today. My friend came over with her 10d old baby girl, who slept the whole time, so cute. I got groceries, picked up ds from school, had my mom over for lunch & swimclass starts in 45 minutes. Can’t wait for dinner and peace and quiet. I initially read that as a 10 lb baby girl, and for some reason it reminded me of the old days on TB when some people said babies start STTN at 10 pounds. LOL Forever because Dude was 9 lb 6 oz at birth and the worst sleeper of the whole bunch.

chrisy01 if you need to rest after work you can bring the kids here for awhile. We don’t have any plans the next three nights and I could let them all run around at the park. LMK.

C is off today so when I get home I’m going to take a shower and the. Do homework and then go to bed. Hopefully I’m good tomorrow.

A few months ago, I bought one of those okay to wake clocks a for the boys and it’s probably the best money I’ve ever spent.
Not only do they stay in their room long enough for me to get in my workout and shower, they have more time to play together. This morning I walked in to find them snuggling in the top bunk and singing to each other.
I’m taking X to Vegas this weekend to visit my mom. It’s going to be awesome! I feel like I don’t get as much one on one time with X as I do Atticus and Poppy, so I’m really looking forward to our mom trip.

Good luck with your CT lfigTime to hide the kindle at night tgrimes lol Hopefully she wasn’t up too early!! We don’t have any plans really this week. I’ve just been trying to keep the house clean in case of showings. We haven’t had any so I’m all stressed now even though it hasn’t even been live 3 full days yet 🥴

sands42 I'm sure it will all work out, it just might require a bit more patience since it's a slower time of year to sell. Inventory is so low right now, though, I'm sure the perfect buyer will come along! Are you guys hoping to move over the holidays? tallb what luck on the stocking!

We are planning to move December 5th. I’m hoping we are not asking too much and that’s keeping people away. Just based on the recent sales in our neighborhood seems like our property value went up a decent amount. My husband doesn’t like the pictures our realtor had taken.... and I agree they aren’t the greatest. I’m avoiding saying anything to our realtor because the photographer is her brother and she is one of my friends 😩 MH wants to hire a new photographer.

Also, hello! DH has the day off and is doing a long x-country flight so we won't see him for a bit. We had speech first thing this morning, then came home and I started in on laundry, etc. B got off to school, C's in the other room singing to herself, and I am finally getting to sit down to leftovers for lunch DH's step-grandmother passed away over the weekend (his granddad remarried after his first wife died). She was very old and has had all kinds of health issues recently so this wasn't really a shock. We are still waiting on funeral arrangement info; I feel guilty if we don't go but emergency leave for my H is only guaranteed for blood relatives. I'm sure his boss would be flexible but since we were just down there in October it would be a lot to load everyone up again. Ugh. So we shall see...guess it just depends on when her family schedules everything for.

Fun! cagoldi I don’t think I commented on your post Saturday, but that’s so awesome that X is making strides with his therapies. You must know how your support through it all has made this happen for him. 💙

sands42 oof that's awkward :/ It would suck but don't be afraid to get new pics if you feel like those aren't working; at the end of the day, your realtor just wants to get the house sold and get her $$, so hopefully she could put aside any hurt feelings if it's in everyone's best interest to get new ones. I do feel like photos are SO important nowadays.

We are home from GI. The doctor spent a really long time with us and suspects cyclonic vomiting/abdominal migraines but said it could still be celiac, inflammatory bowel disease, or something with a really long name I can’t remember that is related to food intolerance. I have scripts for bloodwork and stool tests which will be a disaster based on DD’s behavior at flu shots last week. I have to do all that then go back first week of December.

Thanks. I didn't know her overly well but she was a nice lady. Thankfully her terrible dog Peaches pre-deceased her. We were all so nervous what would happen if the dog outlived her 😬😬 eta: sorry you didn't get more conclusive info but sounds like you're on the path to an answer. So basically if they can rule out Celiacs, IBS, etc. that will point to the cyclical vomiting/headaches?

We kept seeing the same woman at Costco and every time L would tell, "There's that old granny!". At the cider mill over the weekend she yelled, "Those grannies are scary". We never use the word Granny? Clearly my talk with her after the cider mill really stuck...

That's what M had to do, as well. It only took 2 weeks for all the labs to be returned. You should be able to tell in the bloodwork if inflammatory markers are high. Do you get to see the results through a portal or something or do you have to wait until you see the doctor? One of those stool tests wasn't covered under my insurance.

When I work in this dept there is a sub waiting room that isn’t used that much. The tv in there is always on Fox News. Every time I work here, I change it to cnn or msnbc, but it always gets turned back by the next day. I did it just a while ago and when I went to get my patient I saw one of the guys in the dept walking back from that area. I looked and it was changed back, so at least I know who is the Fox News fanatic now. 🙄 I will keep changing it though.

Also laughing at lahdeedah in a silent war over the remote control. I would be the one putting it on like, HGTV or Bravo FFMC/UO: I dislike most (all?) cable news channels. We watch local news and ABC nightly news (David Muir...replaced Lester Holt who I really liked) at the dinner hour and I read a couple publications online.

Now you just need two TVs so he can do it simultaneously Thankfully with DH's job, he feels like he 'lives' the news all day so he doesn't want to watch a constant rehash when he's away from work. My dad is an all day news/talk radio guy (for "background noise") and it drives my mom bonkers. He's also probably lost a little hearing over the years so it's usually at top volume, too.

I do have a portal for her that links all the doctors she has seen (she had RAD when she was younger, had some kidney issues as a newborn, and has a heart murmur) so it will probably be there. They said I can call the office 10 days after we go to the lab and ask for results.
