I love seeing all the kids! Now I’m feeling kind of guilty because my kids didn’t dress up today at all. Sorry kids, but 40 degree weather put a damper on my Halloween spirit. Before I picked them up I saw that the news said that ToT was pushed to Saturday because of weather, but on the way home from dinner we saw all the Tot’ers out. I didn’t even buy candy to pass out. Am I a Halloween Scrooge? Lol.
If Mh was home earlier, I’m sure he would have taken them.

Wow, Sunny41 , frozen skittles? I didn't even know that was possible, lol. lahdeedah eh don't beat yourself up, the weather was really not cooperating in most of the country, it seemed like. Maybe if Saturday is better and it seems like there are other kids out, y'all can hit a few houses then. We ended up having only 3 kids, and they all came b/n 6:30-7; I turned off the lights at 7:45. I was kind of bummed, I thought the house looked cute and our jack-o-lantern turned out well. The kids had a blast and their buckets were full when they got home, DH said other parts of the neighborhood were busier. We are on a thru-street very close to the main road so I think a lot of people probably avoid it. |

We were expecting a downpour and high winds but it delayed and is now coming overnight. It sprinkled a bit but was in the high 60s so we didn’t mind. C had a great time tonight. Everyone in the neighborhood met up for a pre party and then went out together. We had probably 15 or so kids. Tonight was the epitome of why we wanted to live outside the city. For C to grow up in this community is going to be so fun for him and it’s nice to finally get to know the neighbors.
Unfortunately I only lasted a half an hour before my vertigo kicked in and I had to walk like a drunk home only to get motion sickness. It started back up yesterday and I had to leave work but felt better last night and through work this morning. I wasn’t expecting it to hit me. I already called out for tomorrow since at this point I am scared to drive. Now I’m just hoping we don’t lose power with the crazy wind right now.

The rain held off here until 8:30, so we were able to get almost a full 2 hours in. We our a bowl out bc I have FOMO with ToT. J found some boys his age and quickly lost interest in helping N and wanted to keep up with them. Mh was making him hang back with her but finally let him run with the boys and I helped N. She was totally into it and at one point candy shamed a house commenting that. "but it's so small!" And at another house she said "can I come in?" instead of thank you😂.
Now we have severe storms and hoping our trees hold out.

I missed out on all the TOT excitement because I was at work. H was a royal brat after she got home from school and if it wouldn’t have affected S I would have made her stay home. Sounds like the kids had fun and they got a lot of candy. Here are Elsa and Jasmine. This pic is actually from Saturday because H wouldn’t pose for a pic, oh well. They wore coats over their costumes too.  |

I sent a message to my OB earlier because I have had a low back ache and cramping like during my period and I wasn’t sure if it was normal. I don’t remember if I had this with either of the girls’ pregnancy. Anyways, because of my history with the ectopic she decided I should move up my ultrasound tomorrow to make sure everything is where it belongs.

My kid was a shit last night. She didn't even want to go trick or treating, was crying, just overtired. She had a good time when we finally went. I didn't over indulge with the drinking last night, but stayed home from work today anyway. No idea what H and I will do all day but we are both still in pjs drinking coffee and evie is already at school.   |
