Took my first quiz for my new class yesterday. It was just to see how much knowledge on the subject o had before we even did any readings so an easy 10 points. Work today is going to be busy
@lfige how was everything with S go yesterday/today?
I’m hoping that the kids want to go bed early tonight. I’m so tired.

Tales from the shuttle:
So as I was walking from my car to the shuttle in the crosswalk someone almost hit me, she looked like she was rushing. I’m ok so I get on the shuttle. It’s not even 1/2 full. Then the same lady who almost hits me then sits on me. There are plenty of seats open yet she picks the one I’m on because that’s where she sits.

Morning. It was 22 degrees on the way to the bus this morning so I guess it’s winter now. I think S’s fever is gone now. I just need to finish the laundry that I started yesterday and then that’s all caught up.

Morning! Sierra’s OT eval went well yesterday and I LOVE the therapist! So I’m happy with the switch. Plus she can take later appointments so I won’t have to pull her out of school early anymore! Sierra just went back for her EMG. They had a tough time getting a vein so had to stick her a few times. But Child Life for the win....she showed up with bubbles! It was a perfect distraction! They actually let me stay with her till she went to sleep. They e never done that before. They always take her and put her to sleep once they get back to the procedure room. But this time they took me back there, then sent me on my way after she was asleep. So now I sit here waiting...right outside of the gift shop, where I have been browsing and bought candy, soda, and a few cheap toys all overpriced. Lol. I have impulse problems 😂. And I always think of ggandlee in the hospital gift shop because I remember her talking about stocking up on candy in there for her shift. (Tagging in case she gets notifications and wants to pop in and say hi!) |

Whoa to that person's total lack of awareness and appropriate social norms chrisy01. It's relatively cold this week here too. 30 in the mornings but then it gets up to the 50s. lfig good luck to S on her exam. I'm glad she has good care providers. |

It's been busy around here. The girls had a tournament on SAT and I did board breaking. The girls were awesome. It went well and bonus--got over early. My mom came up for the weekend and it was nice to see her. SUN Maddie had her birthday party and had a good time. Yesterday we made a lot of progress on a yard project.
I think I'm going to put in to take Halloween off because I have to work this weekend and it would break it up a bit for me.

Hi all. Dh is out of town today and tomorrow so this momming of 3 is being put to the test. N and H both cried their tummies hurt this morning and i thought I was going to have to keep everyone home, but then they had breakfast and never mentioned it again, so they went to school... thank god. Then I came home and quick cleaned since I’m having a few girlfriends over tonight. Now nursing L but need to leave like, now to pick up H.

Hi all. Dh is out of town today and tomorrow so this momming of 3 is being put to the test. N and H both cried their tummies hurt this morning and i thought I was going to have to keep everyone home, but then they had breakfast and never mentioned it again, so they went to school... thank god. Then I came home and quick cleaned since I’m having a few girlfriends over tonight. Now nursing L but need to leave like, now to pick up H. When you figure out how to do it, let me know. Somehow we’re all surviving and most days, thriving, but it still feels like IDK how to do this mom of three thing. Next week, I am taking everyone to the pediatrician for back to back appointments. Send me all the thoughts and prayers. |

We have a fundraiser at the elementary school tonight. They're doing bbq for $8 a plate. I bought 2 baked potatoes and got a sandwich, in case one of the kids will actually eat it. I'm bringing extra stuff for them to eat, since they wouldn't eat the bbq we made a couple of weeks ago. I had planned on just picking up the food and taking it home, but it's open mic tonight and I was bullied into staying. Not really. But some daycare parents will be performing they want an audience.
However, the Astros are playing tonight. So I really doubt that many people will be staying very long.

DH has today off so he flew this morning, then we met for a kid-free lunch 🙌🏻
We picked up C afterwards and then hit Lowe’s. Now waiting on a grocery order at WM. Lucky H, what a fun way to spend his day off 😂

In the bank drive thru and I picked the wrong lane.. the other one has moved 3 times. I haven't moved. Luckily MJ is sleeping and J is chill. Need to go make my car payment after this and go to the grocery.

Also just realized I never put my stroller back in the car after cleaning it yesterday and MJ is in a convertible now.. so carrying her through the store it is I guess 🤦♀️
