M had a dentist appt scheduled for 3:15 today but they called me yesterday to reschedule. I'm not telling work and will still leave early.

Morning! Nothing exciting to report over here. I did have an early meeting today and there were tons of donuts but I stayed strong and didn't have any. So that's my victory for the day.

Morning. Just waiting on my girlfriend to get here with donuts. Her maternity leave is over in 2 weeks and I’m going to miss getting together with her weekly for coffee.
N is on her kindergarten field trip to the pumpkin patch. I’m a little sad I didn’t sign up to chaperone, but it’s just not possible with L and it being only 33 degrees and an all day trip.
L has his 2 week appt later and then my my niece is coming to play with H for the afternoon after preschool.

Morning ladies. It's my big girl's birthday today. I can't believe she's 8. She's been talking about it nonstop and trying to get us to tell her what we bought her (LOLs and earrings from MH and I and Twisty Petz from Cass). After school we're taking her to get her ears pierced. Cass is very jealous.

M had a dentist appt scheduled for 3:15 today but they called me yesterday to reschedule. I'm not telling work and will still leave early. I chuckled a bit, but it’s sad this is what moms have to resort to so they can find a sliver of free time. It reminded me of an article I read about a woman who felt like she needed to find more room for herself in her busy schedule with a job, husband, kids, etc. She hired a time tracking/time management coach and after reading her journal of activities for the week he actually included her scheduled root canal as “free time.” |

My chiro apt today is at 5:40, but they’ve typically been at 4.10, meaning I’ve got to leave about 2:50. I’ll be doing that for sure and getting B’s birthday invites and going to the grocery store. I'm at work. Had my dr. appt this morning and she gave me my gastro referral. Getting a flu shot here at the office at 1. woohoo.
Then, after school Cadence has ballet and she gets to wear a costume. Not the wolf costume, she's chosen to wear her Elena dress because she can dance in that. Too hard to do ballet in the fur suit that is her wolf costume.

Happy birthday to M inthekitty! I just emailed out the invitations for S party. He is inviting the whole class plus about 6 friends from DC and 3 family friends. I don't know why, but I'm kind of nervous having the first class party. I think he is too b/c this morning he asked if we could only invite some of the class. I told him only if it was 3 or less kids from the class, then he rattled off 6 or 7 names so I told him it has to be the whole class. |

They told me I have a busted Cv axle. Yay! 😒
Waiting for my dad to call me back. Depending on what he says, I may have to get a new car sooner than Spring. I am not making expensive repairs at this point.

I did undo 12 months of WW in two hours 😂😂😂, I don’t think I ate this much candy since I was 10 or something. Plus I did it with a colleague, and we were in dire need of some non office catching up (aka kid talk). |
