It’s finally Friday!!! What’s happening ladies?

Next week is finals for my 1st class. So I’ve been working on my final paper and presentation. LO has picture day today so fingers crossed C can get him ready for pictures.

Evie made me paranoid about what I'm wearing today...I walked in her room to wake her up and she asked me if I was really going to wear the shirt I had on. Um, yes. I'm guessing it's the curly hair that's throwing her off? But I now wonder if I look like an idiot or something. Damn kid.

B has school this morning and I’ve got a ton to do before we leave town. We’re hitting the road as soon as B gets off the bus (original plan to fly was tabled due to weather :/)

I am a bit salty that we have to squeeze in a haircut for B at 10. He had an appt yesterday at my H’s barbershop (that H made the day before but forgot to take him to 🤦🏻‍♀️😒 ). I guess it is my lot in life to be the only one that remembers appts, activities and lessons around here.

Same at my house.  H doesn't even know where Evie is daily after school.  Same schedule every week, unless it's written on the calendar to remind me, and he can look at as well.  It's annoying.

Work today. So far it looks like it will be a slow day. I’m sending M to after school today since I pay for two days and he had fall break on Tuesday. Glad to have a couple hours to myself after work.

This is what I came up with for 50s day. It was the best I could do.

Morning. I’m taking S to school in a little bit and then it’s errands for me. Some day I’ll be able to drop her off and then just come home to relax, hopefully. If I’m done doing what I need to get done early enough then maybe I’ll try and purge some toys the girls don’t play with.

Maddie designed a dress she wants me to make for her birthday (I don't sew, I told her this). She made sure to clarify it should have a slit all the way up her leg. Yeah, that won't be happening.

Cass joined me for adult TKD class last night and I was glad because I would have been the only one there. We had fun together. It's a new instructor and he was really impressed with her. Couldn't believe she's not even 6 yet. I think they're going to want to hit us up for Maddie doing the exclusive team next year but unless they're willing to give a major price discount that would be a no.

I got a call yesterday from the school nurse that Cass was kicked in the head by some kid on the bus. The nurse seemed terrified like I was going to rip into her. Obviously I wasn't happy, but it sounded like she was okay and the principal was on it dealing with the situation. I know the kid has had many discipline problems on the bus and I hope this gets him kicked off bus services.

Morning, Happy Friday friends!

I've been seeing a chiropractor Dr on a regular basis for a while and she has sent me lots of questionnaires about my gut heath and over all feeling.  Because of that I've started taking probiotics and having lemon juice with warm water in the mornings and only 3 days in my guts already feel lighter.

Greta Thunberg is making a stop in my great city today and since I work so close to the Legislature I'll be able to see the rally.  Hopefully I can pop out and check it out.

Thankfully no. That was my biggest concern. I asked her to explain what happened when I got home and basically the kid was standing in his seat kicking his feet out and accidentally connected with her head. Apparently he does this crap all the time which causes the bus to be delayed. I don't know how bus drivers do it. Kids can be such jerks on the bus. It's hard for me to focus on driving when just my two kids are being jerks in the car.

Sounds like he needs to be put in the very front seat right by the driver.

He might have been because Cass would have been up front since kindergarteners all sit up front. But apparently this fuckery continues. At this point I just really hope he gets kicked off the bus. I'm guessing he's contributing to the girls' bus being late for drop-off every.single.day.

I juice one lemon the night before in a 8 oz drinking glass, then add warm water in the morning to drink.
