There’s a movie? How did I not know this? It came out today — El Camino. Awesome! I want to watch this is us tonight, tomorrow will be the Astros game, so hopefully we can watch on Sunday. |

I have a dedicated work cell phone in addition to my personal cell. I use it primarily for email access because I too hate the millions of emails to sort through. I check it on my days off and delete the junk as I go. Then I will answer basic easy things then too. Anything that requires actual work I mark as unread and deal with it when I get back to work. Yeah, I get it. I just don't want all the extra security protocols on my phone. It's a pain in my ass. In plus, they have access to some of my other things because of what they have to put on there, according to my IT friend. As someone who sets phones up for a living for a company. I always keep work and personal stuff separate. I carry a work phone and a personal phone. The company can erase all my stuff if I put company things on my phone. Also I can’t have certain apps on my phone if my work email is on there |

Work was ok. I forgot that M1 took today off so no drama. Except he didn’t approve an order i submitted so now I may have to cancel it and redo it since on Sunday he is no longer my boss and M2 is and SAP always gets screwy and i suspect the order will get lost in the approval process.

I got my paint at Home Depot, taped off 2 walls and got the first coat of paint done. If I had more time I probably would have just finished the kitchen portion but I guess that’s tomorrow’s problem. My house is a crazy mess which will suck for DH in the morning. I am going to sleep in a minute and then up bright and early (except it won’t be bright) in the morning for work. I’m glad I’m not training because it is seriously my down time early in the morning. I hope tomorrow goes better wedding. |

trtlcrzy I can't remember what you are working on, but for curtains are you going with longer than 84"? The one interior design tip I've learned about curtains is high and wide for hanging the rods. I thought my SM was bananas for insisting the contractors raise/push out our curtain rods, but she said she'd pay for it, and they do look so much better. Of course now I need to still hem the actual curtains.

Of course now I need to still hem the actual curtains. Yep, my ceilings are 8ft and I’m getting 95” curtains. I will have to probably hem them 3-4” because they are going on my sliding glass doors and I don’t want them dragging on the ground when I open them daily. I’m planning to have the rod closer to the ceiling and probably 6” wider than the door opening. Eventually I will be putting matching curtains on the front window too, but I can only do one thing at a time. |

I went to TKD tonight and there's a new instructor and he got held up with things so I ended up teaching 2.5 classes in a row, participating along with the kids, and assisted with belt testing for another adult. I'm beat. My legs are jelly.
I had the kids do the Cha Cha Slide as part of our warm up since it's Friday funday and they got a kick out of that.

The girls have been super affectionate today. On the kid's menu at a restaurant was a spot to draw your favorite memory. Cass drew a stick figure and said it was me. Made me melt. Tonight she told me she wanted to spoon while we're watching live action Aladdin. 😆😆😜
