Also TMI warning. I had super light brown discharge this morning that is now light spotting. I'm freaking out. And of course it's a Saturday.

I'm so sorry smores. Hopefully it's nothing. I know a lot of ladies here have had spotting and it was nothing.

I have had this type of spotting on and off for weeks. I understand the stress. I hope it's nothing.

smores not fair! I swear spotting has been more normal on this especially with the January DDs than not spotting. I had extensive spotting with DS1. I know it's the ultimate mind F. FWIW, it's extremely common. I spotted mid 6 week until 27 weeks w DS1, all colors. How far along are you? Did you spot last time? If you did it doesn't correlate your experiences I'm just curious. I did not spot w either if my mcs.

I'm hoping it's nothing but its definitely red, which has me panicking a bit. rebeccabunch I'm 6 weeks today. No spotting at all with DD. No spotting prior to my MMC in March.

hiimjamie and @maddisrose bc they spotted too I was bright red w clots at 7w3d for days. Just my experience but I wish I could erase this for you because it's the absolute worst. I hope it stops. This could be a SCH, something leftover from your D&C, plactena growing a million things.

I'm sorry smores, it's the most terrifying thing and leaves you feeling so helpless. I had pretty severe brown spotting from 5.5 weeks to 8w. Some days even had red and big clots. I have no idea why it happened but ultimately I am still here. I know how hard this is but try to stay calm and optimistic about it. I had multiple doctors and ultrasound techs tell me about how common it is. Sending you all the hugs and FX it stops soon Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I'm so sorry, I know how scary that can be. FWIW, I inexplicably spotted from weeks 6 to 8 with DD (sometimes bright red), and all was well in the end.

Hugs! Hope it's nothing! I had spotting too at 6 weeks and understand how scary it is. My doctor said that if it's not heavy then it's not worrisome (to the doctor). Call your doctor if you need some reassurance, there is always a doctor on call or nurse.

Hugs, spotting is scary. I hope it's nothing. I had bright red spotting at 7 weeks with DS and it ended up being an SCH.
My t&ps are with you!

Thanks everyone! I've calmed down a bit. Part of the stress was that we had just headed out of town for a long weekend (we were about an hour from home) when the red spotting started. So I freaked a bit more then I imagine I would have if I'd been at home. We ended up turning around and coming home. I'm sad we canceled the trip but I feel so much better now that we are back home. I've just been relaxing on the couch. The red spotting only lasted like 10 minutes and now it is just very very light brown again. I'm crossing everything it stays away this weekend. My first OB appointment isn't until the 19th, but I'll be calling on Monday for sure to request to go in and just ease my mind!

Hugs!
I had a SCH with Ava and I had spotting of all colors of the brown/red spectrum for weeks. I know it won't ease your worry, but spotting is very common in the first trimester and most of the time it is nothing to worry about.

With my DS I spotted non-stop for weeks during my first trimester. It was the worst, so stressful, and no obvious cause. I'm sorry it is happening to you because I know it's scary, but it is super common and so often means absolutely nothing. Sending good vibes your way!

I'm sorry smores! I'm glad you are relaxing at home now. It was probably from a small SCH or something like that. I'd be calling my doctor Monday too. (((HUGS)))

I'm sorry. I would be scared too. I hope your OB can get you in earlier to ease your mind. It seems like quite a few ladies on the board have experienced it and are doing well so FX that it's nothing.
