DH just suggested we might have a 4th baby after this one. I asked if he was on crack. Why on Earth is he already talking about that? 😂

We're having a busy day. Woke up, got ready and came to the hospital. My sister and BIL came to visit. Then we have a birthday party at our friends house who just moved to a city an hour away from us. Luckily the hospital is halfway in that direction so it's not too bad. We're planning on going back to the hospital for the rest of the night after. I felt so bad leaving K as she was wide awake but we're already an hour late for the party.

What does everyone’s kiddos want to be for Halloween?? O keeps saying he wants to be a snowman. Lol I was trying to wait in case he changes his mind but there was only 2 left of the particular snowman costume I liked on Amazon so I got it. I didn’t want Olaf bc he doesn’t know who that is. It'll be another year of being a train engineer for this girl! This year with the Thomas stuffie and Thomas bucket! I'm ready for the train thing to end. l is going to be a north pole conductor.

MH is in a bad mood this morning, probably because the Astros lost and he stayed up until 1 sulking. I had promised the kids we’d go to the zoo this morning so we’ll be leaving soon to get a parking space.
It’s cold here (shut up I know it’s 65 and not that cold to y’all) and I need to see if H’s pants from last year still fit.

Having a rough few days. H has been sick with the absolute weirdest stomach bug ever. He's finally good today so I came to work. And got a message from DH's family that his grandfather is in the hospital unresponsive. Poor DH is beside himself being offshore and unable to be here. I managed to skip off work for an hour and go to the hospital, it's not over yet but it doesn't look good. There's some other shit going on with my family that I cant post on here (possibly on the private board later). I'm just exhausted.

O threw up last night and is having diarrhea again today. We are 1 step forward 2 steps back over here. I’m going to follow up w the ped on where our GI referral is tomorrow. #1 Does your insurance require you to have a referral? If not, I’d be calling all the pediatric GIs covered under your insurance to start getting in waitlists. With M, they were scheduling 3-5 months out. The first time I got lucky and one of the doctors had a cancellation before that. The 2nd time, the children’s hospital had a fast tract system where we’d just see that dr once, but they’d get the ball rolling with tests etc to narrow things down before the appt with the regular GI. So maybe you can look into that as well. #2 What did he eat yesterday? #3 Fuck, I’m sorry. I know how annoying and concerning this is. You’re in daily miralax still, right? Is he going every day? Is he straining at all when he goes (other than when he has diarrhea)?

I’m in shorts now. Random story: when I was still dancing, we hardly ever turn on the a/C in the studio. We had a fan we could plug-in just to get the air circulated, when we needed it. But we liked it hot and we liked to sweat.

We have been to this hospital for his urology issues so I know my insurance is good there. I cannot wait 3-5 months! I’m going crazy! 2. Pizza for dinner that actually also made my stomach upset too.... 3. Miralax 2x per day. He’s going multiple x per day. A lot of diarrhea though. He has said “it’s hard to push out” a few times but I’m not sure if that’s the case or if he’s just saying it from before.

Has he had any solid poop since you started the miralax everyday? #imaGIbydefault

I wish they could have done an ultrasound today. You probably just over did it. The doctor in emerg did do one, but their machines aren't as clear. We saw a gestational sac but couldn't see if there was anything happening in there. She warned me that would be the case and basically said we would look for the sac as a small amount of reassurance until I can get a proper one at the clinic Tuesday. So right now, I'm still pregnant. And crossing my fingers we see something clearer with the trans-vag one on Tuesday.
