Hi! Sorry for the tougher starts to the morning for some of you. Yay for baby news, slenle! This is so exciting! This weeks schedule is absolutely crazy for Josie’s school. Today is a full day, tomorrow is a half-day, Wednesday has no school, Thursday they start three hours late, and another half day on Friday. Even though it’s in my phone and in an email and on both of my calendars, I can’t seem to keep it straight. I have her conference tonight. I am oddly nervous about it. I also signed up to be a classroom parent, and I think at the schools‘s festival on Saturday I may have been roped into being a daisy scout leader. Aside from cookies, I have no idea what the scouts do. |

We lounged around the house this morning and then went to lunch. M got on the bus after and we ran some errands. Home now trying to nurse MJ to sleep. She's at that great stage where she gets super distracted while nursing but the second I put my boob away she loses her mind...
Some moments are hard with the boys fighting but I love having them home with me. I love getting M on and off the bus. I get so much more info about his day since I see him first.

Are Daisies like the new Brownies? Daisies and Brownies are the same, they are both tiers of Girl Scouts. You start out as a Daisy and then I think when you are 8-9 you are a Brownie.
There's a level in between them.

guster, luckily, since this is our troop's first year we aren't doing cookies. We're getting the girls acclimated to the idea of scouts before throwing too much at them.

Are Daisies like the new Brownies? It’s the k-1 component of scouts, right before brownies. They wear blue vests. |

guster, luckily, since this is our troop's first year we aren't doing cookies. We're getting the girls acclimated to the idea of scouts before throwing too much at them. I like that idea. I may suggest it once we figure out if we have enough girls for a troop. |

Walked to get M from the bus stop and I love my new stroller. It's very smooth on our drive way.

klong11 blood levels are never part of a normal check up over here. But since last time they had some real concern over his growth they checked them. It gave me a great deal of peace of mind knowing ds’ vitamins levels were good, despite his feeding problems and growth issues. It made us so much more relaxed around dinner time, which in the end helped us to enjoy dinner more (still not always) as a family. It also helped me a lot with the mom guilt about his diet. Eta sorry for the word vomit...

Oh my word. A has the loudest most horrible screech that he does if he gets frustrated (like if he wants something he can't reach). He has done it allllll day. I think my head may explode.

Lovely day here, mh and I went to home Depot and bought a bunch of little boxwoods to plant in our backyard and some azaleas since shrubs are 50% off. Then picked up the coats/vests I bought on FB, and then out to lunch and browsed some stores. I just placed a large ON order with 40% off.. mostly bc I want an olive green cord shirt dress for N for family pictures, but somehow I also got us all matching flannel plaid PJs, some jeans for myself, and some more sweats for j. He put on some pants yesterday and they were painfully short.. guess he did some growing this summer!

Woohoo slenle! Is it bad that a solo night in the hospital sounds kind of appealing? Lol. Enjoy your night ‘off’ and good luck! Haha, that’s kind of my thought too. I can watch what I want on Netflix and don’t have to listen to Dh snore or get kicked by a 3yo in the middle of the night. |

Neurologist wants DD to get an MRI and see a gastroenterologist. Since I’m at max out of pocket for the year, now is the time. I’m walking laps at T’s soccer practice now with C. This day is never ending.

I'm so annoyed. Due to "leveling" Cadence is losing all of her specials teachers. So now out school is trying to find new pe, art, and music teachers because ours were forced to go to other schools. Cadence loved her music teacher, I've never heard her talk about someone so much.  |

They are putting our teachers in the schools that are maybe not doing as well to try and make their grades better. They have talked about making our school feed into a "poor" middle school rather than our normal middle school that we have fed into for years, to try and boost their grades and numbers. It's really ridiculous and I've told mh if they do that, then we move so that we can stick with the middle and high schools we want. |

ETA I hope you are relaxing a little and checked in Our 4 options are currently Elsie, ivy, hazel and now Sophie. And surprisingly, Sophie is the least common of those 4 according to SSA baby names. Sophia would be the most popular, but not Sophie. But N and H are also top 10 names in our state so popularity doesn’t bother me too much |
