It's my Friday! I'm just finishing up stuff for court next week and prepping stuff for court the following week. Tonight I need to pack for the kids and myself. I hate packing.

I'm making work calls on the couch with a sick Jackson and nursing Mallory. Jack woke me at 1:30 bawling. His fever was 101.5. He woke us up again at 3 sweating and wanted his pjs off. A went to help him and he threw up. He says he feels fine now but I called him out of school and he's curled on the couch.

Morning! I’m off work today to catch-up on school work. I have a paper due this weekend but we will be at the Rise Festival and I know I won’t work on it there so I need to get it done today. I worked on it for a few hours last night. So I’m hoping just a few hours today and then I’m free to do whatever. And by whatever I mean cleaning, doing laundry and dishes and packing for the trip.

Saturday we are having our little fall get together at our house with friends and it's supposed to be 63 with no rain. Perfection! Definitely having some hot drinks and food (like spiked hot cider and chili) and hoping it'll be nice to be outside some. |

Hi girls!
X has claimed the purse I got for Miss P as his own. Won’t leave home without it. Once he’s dressed and shoes are on he walks up and asks, “purse?” So cute.
The kids are with Pete tonight so I’m going to Barre and doing meal prep and housework.

After this, I’m picking up H and my niece from school and have my niece for the afternoon. Thinking I’ll take them to the children’s museum to get out of the house.

There are times we go in there and it is smeared down the outer front of the toilet bowl. It is mind boggling. Plus, if you know you dropped shit, clean it up. Don't expect someone else to wipe up your shit unless you are under the age of 6 and it's your mother or father. And even then, don't expect it because they will likely just hand you a lysol wipe and tell you to clean it up yourself! |

I’m at work. It’s a slow day. I have some personal stuff to do, so I’m glad I have time to get it done today.
I got a note in M’s folder that is from the mom of one of his friends. She says she wants to get the boys together because J always talks about his friend M. She gave me her email, so I need to get in touch with her. He was so excited when I told him. We shall see!

Hi hi - survived the dentist. J got a real cleaning for once but couldn't get him to do x-rays. My dad is here and brought the media console and just hung a gigantic mirror above the couch for us. I hope he knows what he's doing since it's incredibly heavy. Also embarrassing pulling out the couch and finding every missing piece to every toy under it, it was obscene.
