Good morning. I just got back home from taking my nephew for his allergy shots. I’m letting the kids play a bit and then I’ll take them home. It’s a rainy morning so nothing too exciting happening.
I’m going to drop this here because I am being cautiously optimistic. I got a positive pregnancy test on Monday, have had my HCG levels drawn twice and they’ve doubled appropriately. My doctor wants me to do one more draw tomorrow, nothing else is scheduled at this time. She has me taking low dose aspirin once a day and a vaginal progesterone suppository before bed (which is super fun, not). I’m having early pregnancy symptoms so hopefully this one sticks!

I have a board meeting to attend for one of my clients during lunch today. The head attorney that usually goes has another meeting to attend so it will just be me and my new attorney. Therefore, I will probably end up doing the majority of the talking. I hate public speaking.
(He's been here almost 4 years now, but he'll always be my new attorney.)

Hello from the pedicure chair! I had a gynecologist appointment this morning because I’ve been having a terrible time with periods since I had my IUD switched in Feb. She couldn’t find the string so she said it could be not in place well or have fallen out. So they are working on getting an ultrasound scheduled.
So now I am childless in the city!! So pedicure, shopping, possibly hair color if someplace can get me in, and a peaceful lunch to myself! Best day ever...other than being prodded by the gyn. 😂

Morning.
I went to bed early-ish last night so not so tired this morning, but I still feel a little blah. I’ve been talking house and yard improvements with my coworker all morning. He’s from the area and I have numbers to call for things I want done around the house.
Going to the gym after work. So glad tomorrow is Friday.

Got a call from my mom that Madison really hurt her ankle. She's okay as long as nothing touches it but otherwise in a lot of pain. My mom has daycare kids so she can't take her in right now, but will be going so she can get an x-ray soon. I really hope it's just a sprain and not a break. I'm finally about over my broken toe and was looking forward to active family activities next month.

Hi. Just got home from taking the kids school supply shopping. Oof that’s a lot of work with two excited kids. Plus i had to buy my nephew a bday present, groceries, and other random stuff so it was a spendy trip to target. Yikes.
I woke up with a terrible Charlie horse yesterday and still have pain in my leg and am exhausted from not sleeping well. Hoping for a nap this afternoon and then our last night of tball tonight, thankfully.

I saw a mom get together advertised at one of the parks by us. So we went. Turns out its put on by a local church and M's BFF from preschool, his mom runs the group. So he was in heaven since they haven't seen each other since school let out. It was really nice to chat with other moms and the boys had a blast. We were there for 2.5 hours.
I had to run some errands and now we're headed home for naps. As long as everyone naps good, we'll go to the county fair tonight.

slenle I finally feel I joined the target club, three day ago we went in there to escape the heat. The only thing we needed were some boxer briefs for my h, since we didn’t bring enough. Walked out with a $170 bill 🙄.

At least here it has to do with alcohol content. 3.2% Beer is sold in grocery stores but stronger beer, wine and liquor can only be sold in a liquor store. |

peachsmama as for now I feel it’s the other way around! This campground is so nice and quiet, I can really recommend it if one of you guys ever head out to Cooperstown! Those first days were brutal and the mosquitoes were insane, I swear I got bitten over a 100 times I was miserable. We’re heading off to Tupper lake in a few days, forecasts aren’t good unfortunately 😕.

Probably regional and due to alcohol content. It used to be this way in Oklahoma but they recently changed their laws within the last year. |
