slenle, oh no! Will he bear any weight on it? When C fractured his ankle and I called to see if we should be concerned they told me if they can't bear weight then definitely get seen. I think he’s doing better. He’s bearing weight, just a little limpy. He’s swimming just fine. He’ll walk a bit and then complain it hurts but otherwise is his normal self. So we’re going to wait until morning and see. Oh good! I'd definitely wait. |

I'm so bored. Everyone that would visit, has our kids. I'm chatting up the nurses and I'm sure driving them all nuts lol. Girl. I get you're still running on adrenaline, but you enjoy those baby snuggles, watch some TV and take a nap before you go home to having 3 kids needing your attention! |

I'm sorry cagoldi. I can only imagine how stressful and emotionally exhausting this situation has already been for you, letalone with random comments about a damn vow renewal. I think I'd hit him in the forehead, V8 commercial style. I agree with this. What is he thinking? I’m sorry this so stressful. Same. I hope things get smoother for you guys. You're doing amazing though and things WILL get better. |

Oh hey from the shit has hit the wine household. The kids have been NIGHTMARES today (well, not A who continues to be my sweet favorite). MH is home now and has C in his room saying he's not going with us on vacation. Ooook. Maybe start with taking away all his fun new stuff he wants to take??? Cause we all know the kid is coming with us....

Well, MH just informed me that we(He) left last night’s dinner in the oven overnight....🤦🏽♀️, so no leftovers. He ate a good hour after us all and cleaned the kitchen, that’s why I said HE did it.
Looks like we’re making breakfast for dinner tonight.

I’m sorry cagoldi. Is there a way to drop the kids somewhere a couple days a week to meet him so you don’t have to stay and be held hostage? That’s kind of what I feel he’s doing and he’s for sure being manipulative with the vow renewal thing. Are you in therapy yourself? If so are you keeping up with it? I know it’s super hard to fit in and for me it’s always one of the first things I drop because I am a self care failure, but it’s usually the thing I need the most. Please reach out if you need a friend. 😽 |

Dh texted me at 3 saying happy birthday. Followed by another text asking if we have anything going on tomorrow because he may need to work late. When he works late he gets home around 11. Depending on my insomnia I may not see him until Thursday at this rate. I’ll probably be pissed if there’s no card for me in the morning.
I don’t want to make a big deal out of my bday like my mom but it is a little sad when no one is physically there to celebrate with you. C forgot and could care less when I told him.

To go or not to go:
So Cadence got another bday invite today. It's for this Saturday and for a kid I once again do not know. I worry that maybe it will be like last weekend where no one comes to the new kid's party, so I feel like we need to go. However, less than a week notice? I'm side eyeing it a bit and wondering if Cadence was like a second or third tier invite because no one rsvped...
I asked Cadence if this was a friend of hers and she said yes, that she met him and he invited her to his birthday.
Um...ok...do you play with him?
He apparently plays with the boy who she said was her most recent bf.
I guess it's a nice way to get two free hours of play inside with AC.
