Ladies, I'm freaking out a little bit here. Earlier I realized I hadn't felt baby much at all yet today. Normally I feel her after waking up and also around lunch time she goes through a bit of an active bout. Today, none of that. I felt her kick softly maybe once when I woke up. Didn't pay to much attention to things as I slept like crap (hardly at all) and had a bad headache. Anyway so when I realized I hadn't felt her much yet I figured I'd tease poke/prod her awake a little, something that usually works. But not today, again I felt her move only once and that was it.
The past 3 nights I been having nighttime BH a TON, had a lot of BH on Sunday and Tuesday as well though yesterday it had gone down some (and for some reason I notice them less so during the day.. sometimes I don't feel it until after a while.. guess cause it's been happening so much?). In itself I'm never too worried about BH as long as they don't follow a pattern or come too close, but I worry I slacked in timing them or something. Also had a lot of lightening crotch recently. Due to extreme reflux, heartburn, indigestion and nausea I also haven't been drinking as much as I know I should.. so that has me worried as well.
Just before I drank a glass of cold water and am eating a popsicle icecream in hopes the cold will make a difference, and am going to lay down for a bit to see whether I can get her to be a bit more active.. MH is at work and I don't want to call him as the piece of anxiety I am right now.. so reaching out to you ladies! If there's no change in 2h I will call the MFM and see what they say. I am just freaking out and worried but also afraid I'm overreacting cause well PgAL/PAIF brain just is fucked up! The more I tell myself not to stress the more I just want to cry. Meh.

(HUGS) oh muscari I'm sorry you are feeling so worried! Finish your popsicle and lie in a cool dark room on your left side and do kick counts. If you don't get the 10 in 2 hours do call right away! Kick counts are there to help us be the ones who push for things to get checked. I have found if I don't sleep well baby is slower. Oh and they say if the numbers are low at the 1 hour mark to get up, walk around a bit (if you can), use the restroom, drink some more water and then lay down again. Something about exercise makes baby move when you stop. GL and keep us updated!

Thanks and don't feel stupid. PGAL messes with you and I totally understand how you feel. I've freaked out many times when I haven't felt baby like I normally do.

I did get to 8 kicks during the hour but they feel a lot softer then nornal and much more spaced apart also? Felt 2 maybe 3 proper kicks.. so still not really reassured. Also normally she responds to being poked but none of that today. Hopefully she s just lazy as f... My mum called earlier so ofcourse I had a bit of a breakdown *allthetears* and also wasnt focussed on the kickcount for a bit.. Just got up to pee and grab some more water and going to do another 30min kickcount and I think I will call the hospital just for advice/input. Crazy as may be I worry about them wanting to see me as much as I worry about overreacting myself. Craycray. elliecat17 bethkate jt2378 addymac

While hooked up on the CTG baby had some pretty bad decels (is that the right term for huge dips in hr?) so they moved me to another room so they could do an US right away instead of lateron. During the scan babies hr went down to 50 for a while so the tech immediately called in the dr in as well. Placenta and amniotic fluid a well as growth are all normal and atm they don't know what is stressing her out. Not allowed to eat or drink anything... ahhhh. Don't like that just in case lol. Am now hooked back up on the CTG for extended monitoring. Hr has been stable so far with only a couple decels so far. Tho I still don't feel a lot of movement I am glad her hr seems mostly stable. Will update once I have spoken to the dr again and know more.

Oh muscari how scary! Yes decels is the right word. I am assuming they looked at blood flow through the cord? I hope baby girl ends up continuing to do ok and that you are also alright. Ts and Ps for you and baby girl! I'm so glad that your doctors took you seriously!

Ts and Ps for you and baby girl! I'm so glad that your doctors took you seriously! You know, I know they looked at the bloodflow in the placenta (or something) but am not sure they looked 5ar bloodflow thru the cord as well? I will have to ask when the dr comes back in. Apperently it is really busy so who knows when that may be lol. Poor hubs, when I called him he came straight home from work and he is now fighting to stay awake in the chair next to me.

Oh muscari I'll be thinking of you guys. I'm so glad you listened to your mama instinct and they agreed to bring you in. Hoping her decels stop and she stays put but if not I'm glad you're already there. Hope you can get a little bit of rest and the Drs come check on you asap.

elliecat17 , bethkate , jt2378 , addymac , misspatty , thinkchocolate05 , nutmeg , ketchup , aprilz81 , thank you all so much for the support! Just after having posted my previous update I was moved back to the original room (they needed the other room that had the U/S equipment set up for another lady heh) to continue the CTG there and was told I could eat and drink something. Much to our relief, cause that meant they no longer worried/thought babygirl had to come into this world today phew. When I saw her heart beat so incredibly slow on the ultrasound, I just got so scared I couldn't help but bawl. Then add the staying sober part and I was like "noooo, I'm not ready for her to come out yet!". I know technically she'd most likely be fine but yeah, I rather have her cook some longer. After having been monitored for an additional couple of hours, babygirl had shown no more decels and actually picked up in activity. She had an almost perfect CTG those last 1,5 hours in fact - quite the difference from when we came in - so they felt comfortable enough to release us to go home to sleep in our own beds (sidenote: I'm in Europe so tis almost 10:30pm here:)). They still don't really have a clue why she dipped so low with her heartrate, as she's doing fine growthwise, my placental and cord bloodflow was good, amniotic level was fine.. They want me back first thing tomorrow morning to continue monitoring, and stressed 20 times that if for whatever reason I feel stressed out or as if soething isn't right overnight - even if it was just an hour or 2 after coming home, or in the middle of the night - I call and come back. So all in all good news I guess, though I'm still a little freaked out. And honestly part of me is still worried "what if it happens again overnight and she doesn't catch back up on her own".. but at the same time I have to trust my drs and they wouldn't have let us go home had they thought it was risky. I do know I'll be so relieved to see all is a-okay once I'm hooked up again in the morning. Those past 9 hours have really exhausted me, I'm shattered! Gonne grab something to drink and get ready for bed in hopes I'll sleep okay. I've felt a couple of kicks here and there, so I hope she'll keep that up throughout the night as to keep mommy reassured heh. Thank you all once again for the hugs, T&P and support, means a lot to me! Will update again once I know more after tomorrow's CTG! Ahh it helps when I hit POST! Mum called so I got sidetracked updating her
