The stomach bug has passed all of us, but I’ll join you peachsmama. I just want to sleep & take a bath, but the kids are cramping my style with their school runs & swim classes 😉. |

Hello. Half days start today. I need groceries badly but C is napping and by the time he’s up, I don’t know that I will have time before pick up.
Tonight I’m going dress shopping with my friend whose wedding I’m in. We are going to the place I got my dress and I can’t believe I will be married for 13 years this month. I hope she only wants to look for her dress, not mine. I have some weight to lose.

Good morning. We had the ILs visiting this wknd, so I’m actually happy to have Monday and routines back.
B starts summer camp today. She is still at the same location as her preschool but obv it’s more play focused since the academic year is over. She was all excited for that.

Hi ladies. We finished painting the fence this weekend so that's finally done.
Today I'll probably take Cass swimming but I think I'll have to be really careful about not moving my toe.
I think I'm going to get sick of my workout routine quickly without much that I can do.

Busy weekend for us!
Friday I was off b/c B had a Dr appt for his ears. Tube is out and has to be replaced. Made an appt for end of summer. Also he has an ear infection in the ear that has the tube so he's back on antibiotics.
Then I dropped him at school and was planning to run a bunch of errands, finally get my hair cut and colored (it's been an embarrassingly long time and the greys were awful) then meet S BFF's mom for a cocktail and apps before pick up to celebrate her birthday and my job change. As I was pulling out of my driveway, school called that S had a low fever and wasn't feeling well. I cancelled plans and went to get him, even though his fever was technically low enough that I did not have to. Since he is never sick, I felt guilty. Anyway, he looked like crap when I got there but perked up a little after we got home and he got some motrin in him.
He had a tummy ache that night and the next day but nothing much more than that and he didn't need more motrin or anything. We had planned to have a babysitter Saturday night and go out in NYC (an hour train ride away) so we kept the sitter but decided to stay local just in case he wasn't feeling well and we needed to come home. We did not and he was fine but I'm glad I cancelled b/c I wasn't feeling that great either.
Father's day was a nice day. We hung out as a family and went for a walk, etc. Dinner at a local restaurant with my parents. S seems to be fine now so that's good.
I decided my start day is 7/15, so I am going to give my notice today or tomorrow. I am very nervous about it.

B started golf camp today, he is super excited b/c they are doing a 'tournament' on Friday.
He told me this morning he wants to play in big tournaments when he's older so DH and I can watch him on TV. I told him, "honey, if you're in a televised tournament, we will be there IN PERSON to watch you play". LOL.
I should probably plan a couple fun things for C this week since she's stuck at home with me.

Morning. I'm super tired but have a lot of work to do this week. 10 min from school j looked miserable in the car and said his tummy hurt. Mh said he gave him 3 prunes and miralax, so hopefully he just needs to go, but watching my phone in case I get a call..
My FIL stayed over and I was still upstairs and he literally came up from the basement, said good morning and he was hitting the road and left😂. I'm pretty sure he would have left without telling anyone if he could, he is the king of the Irish good bye.

flamingo lol! J hasn't really watch golf and last night was like, so where are they walking?! To the ball? We may need to work on our golf knowledge 😂 Also need to Branch out from tball, he lost his first ball yesterday by hitting it over the fence and too far into the woods..we either need a batting cage or he needs to practice in the park. I assume he's only going to get better. He also told mh "no tips, I will learn from my coaches"🔥. Mh is glad he told him, but I think it's hard for him to shut up.

Morning! Both girls are at swimming lessons right now and it’s a balmy 69 degrees. It looks like they are having fun though. I thought I would be much more tired this morning after working until 2, but I’m not doing too bad. lahdeedah I hope you have a great first day |

Thanks everyone. So far, so good. jewels Good luck today. I hope your employer takes it well. MH lets M hit tennis balls with the bat in our front yard. At our old house, I hated it because they would have tennis balls everywhere in everyone’s yard and bounce on some cars. They would pick them all up, but I wondered if our neighbors cared at all. One of the neighbors texted MH last week that the old neighborhood isn’t the same with us gone. Lol. I guess they didn’t mind. Our house was the house with all the outside toys, so this past spring, we were the yard the kids flocked to. I don’t think the other kids are outside as much now that we’re gone. Makes me a little sad. Especially because M said he wanted to go back and play with his friends down the street. 💔 |

Happy Monday. I’m wiped after a long weekend of festivities. Had to wake the kids for swimming lessons this morning and then i declared a lazy day. They are playing outside for a bit before quiet time and I turned deebot on so I can continue to be lazy yet “productive” lol.
Dh has softball tonight and then leaves early tomorrow until late Thursday so it’s going to be a long week.

I did it. MY boss himself was great about it. We will see how he is after he has some time to mull it over. My "work husband" was on a job site so I had to call him. He is very angry. Like he hung up the phone on me. This will probably sever our relationship, which sucks. But it's his fault he can't get over it.

nam2013, he will not. I knew this was going to be hard on him. He is still mad at my work BFF who he was also very close with who left in January. The only reason he's even spoken with her at all is b/c I pushed him to about 2 months ago. But I can't make my life's decisions because of him.
