So Barr has appointed a prosecutor to investigate the origins of the Russia probe to determine if the intelligence collection involving the Trump campaign was "lawful and appropriate". Wasn't he just screaming about wasting taxpayer money????

Haspell, Wray and Coates are all working with DOJ on the investigation.
Apparently Gina has been hanging out at DOJ over the past couple of weeks.
So yeah, Barr was WELL AWARE of this during the hearing.

Dan Rather just shared a story from the NYTimes. DT is planning to send 120,000 troops to Iran and Middle East as part of his security plan. Apparently it's being leaked left and right by top security people because they are freaking out about how much this is a bad idea.

Somebody make my fingers stop automatically typing Google 10x/day. Google is despicable. I encourage everyone to use Duck Duck Go as their search engine. It has a good reputation for security and privacy. duckduckgo.com/spread
Also, break up with your GMail. It's definitely not easy, and there's really no escaping Google or Amazon in reality anyway because even Apple's iCloud is sitting on AWS and GCP infrastructure, but at least you won't be giving those bastards your data.

This is quite a(nother) damning report on Boeing's handling of the Max8. I hope they're sued for negligent homicide. Before Ethiopian Crash, Boeing Resisted Pilots’ Calls for Aggressive Steps on 737 Max nyti.ms/2VA5iIa

I mean this was pretty predictable Trump Tower, once the crown jewel in Trump’s property empire, now ranks as one of the least desirable luxury properties in Manhattan. Most condo owners who sold since 2016 have recorded a loss t.co/ctQXoV05xM

Can I ask what you recommend for email? I use @icloud.com, because I do feel Apple is pretty good on privacy and data sharing. But like I said, even iCloud is on AWS and GCP servers, so it's not a perfect solution. If there is something better out there, I am here for it!

Amazing. I'm curious to hear what happens after the paleontology community examines his findings.

Amazing. I'm curious to hear what happens after the paleontology community examines his findings. His listed co-authors are some of the biggest names for the KT extinction. It gives him a lot of clout. Walter Alvarez is like the OG of KT impact. He's also a really cool guy, and he knows his science. I want to read this paper when it comes out. One thing though, just because there are fossilized dinosaurs in his site, doesn't mean that there wasn't a decline in dinosaur life prior to the impact. You need more than one site to draw a conclusion of that magnitude.

😳😳😳 Looks like Britain remembers 2005 even if we don't This is wild. CENTCOM just put out a press release calling out the UK's top general in the anti-ISIS Coalition after he stated that there was "no increased threat from Iranian-backed forces in Iraq and Syria." t.co/mZX4DtoSWo
