I have M's school conference today so he'll be with me today. I want to do a good will run and I have to go back to the jump place (45 minutes away) since I left my purse there yesterday.. ugh.

Morning ladies! Trying to talk thr kid into going out to breakfast instead of eating at the house.
Sunburn is still bad so I applied sunblock as soon as I got out of the shower, the blue aloe gel, then after sun lotion.
Think we are going to go to Fort Morgan this morning, then the beach later.

I’m at the GI with M. Then I’ll drop her off at school and head to work....after I hit up a couple more CVS stores for cheap wine.

Morning, rainy day here. C’s temp has finally come down a bit and he’s getting his appetite back so that’s a relief. I have a ton of stuff to get done for my sisters bridal shower this weekend and need to get a drink/snack list made up for N’s Tball by Monday so that’s my plan for today I guess.

What's everyone getting moms/grandmas for mother's day? I ordered my mom a bracelet that says, "I love Nana" in C's handwriting and then the back says, "Love, Clark" also in his handwriting. Unsure what to do for MIL though.

chrisy01, the worst! I'm sorry. wineallthetime with everything going on, I completely forgot about mother's day (and my mom's birthday is actually tomorrow). Your idea is adorable I will probably just send my MIL and my Grandmother flowers from the kids. For my mom I have no idea. Maybe I'll find a pic of her with the boys and frame it for her or something.

Morning.
I was up and at the gym by 4.50am this morning....that is not a typo, so I suspect I'll crash by 1.30pm this afternoon.
When I was contemplating going to the gym in the mornings my MH was all supportive and asked what he could do to help the mornings go better, i said that he could scoop the litter and get the cats food ready, not even have to feed them because of Pete's meds. So this morning I go, get home, get ready and come downstairs and we're talking:
MH: how was the gym?
Me: really good, it's nice to have it done for the day
MH: that's great! I got the cats food ready
Me: great thanks, did you scoop the litter?
MH: no, that's the one thing I forgot.
Me: .......
He literally did 50% of what i asked! you had TWO jobs and did ONE. This happens ALL.THE.TIME. He does 50% of a 'job', take out the trash but doesnt put in the new bag, washes the kids water containers but doesnt refill them for the fridge, I could go on and on...

Morning, j was in our bed and flopped all night. Mh was helpful getting us out early so I could register j for before/after care at 8:30 when it opened online. Glad to have that done.
I have to email n's class parents about teacher appreciation week. They want us to tell parents they need to send cards and sign up for the breakfast..and that we are welcome to plan something else as well🙄. I have thought of bringing in flowers and bringing in drinks one morning..but 2 of the teachers do not like coffee or tea, but put they like milk and apple juice. I feel like that's a bit random to roll in with a coffee, tea, milk, and apple juice though. Any other genuis ideas? We have 4 teachers and a bunch of floaters. We are doing a school catered chiptole lunch, gift cards for coffee place, and a massage therapist on site for an afternoon.

tallb, during our week, which is next week, they put vases in the lobby with each of the teachers names on them. The parents bring in single flowers and by the end of the day all the teachers have these amazing bouquets.

Morning. Visited my grandparents this morning, they are so sweet with the kids. I ordered some stuff for our trip and for DD’s birthday. I cannot believe she’s turning three this months 😕.
