Happy Friday! I took half a day off to see Avengers Endgame with DH, and now I’m getting ready for his annual work party. The party is at a museum with free food and booze! Getting crazy tonight!

Hi! I was off today but stupidly kept checking my work email and ended up working half the day dealing with things. But I got caught up on laundry which feels like a huge feat in itself.
I am currently sitting on the back porch in my hammock chair while S plays on the playset. This is the life!

Ladies. Hello. Long time no talk. *creeps in* Hi!!! Is this kellykinns Kelly? How have you been? Update us on your life! Sure is! It said someone already had kellykinns, and it was probably me but I can't remember that password. My life is mostly jealous of all the ladies in Denver right now. I feel like I can't quite remember when I faded out of forums and relied on facebook to keep in touch with many of you guys, so I'll provide like the super abbreviated version. I went back and got my Masters in Social Work while pregnant with our second dude: Finn. We are done at 2 kids, Doug and Finn. Finn will be three soon and that's really crazy to think about. We moved to Dayton Ohio for 18 months but are now back in Virginia, and have been back for about a year My big struggle has been finding a job to work towards licensure, I've been working since last April but the jobs have no work/life balance and I recently was informed my entire department is being laid off, so yaay new job hunt. Husband is going on a government issued 6 month business trip across the world in June, so I probably need more support than ever. I'm getting by each day the best I can but had been lamenting missing part of my mom community, and piling probably unnecessary guilt on for fading out awhile ago. How is everyone else? |
