What is everyone interested in? Doing something together or just checking in with whatever we each do on our own?
I started today. I went back to the BBM 3.0 we started New Years and discovered I was on day 22 so that’s what I did. I ate 2 egg whites for breakfast, Greek yogurt for a morning snack, a salad for lunch, and trail mix for afternoon snack. This was a great improvement from the multiple brownies and cookies and Easter candy I ate yesterday.
I still have the BBM surge that I bought and never used but I think keto will definitely mess with my already messed up kidneys so I need to find a new diet.

i was slacking since my vacation a few weeks ago and crazy schedules since. But I am committing to the swim routine after Denver.
as far as diet goes, i have been logging in MFP. Not as much logging as I should but enough to keep me close to on track. I think my metabolism has picked up a bit. I just need to keep losing! I haven't stepped on the scale but there are at least some inches lost since January

I need this! Getting back into it. I started WW this week and just got out of boot camp. Today I've eaten:
5:30- banana and 1tsp almond butter 8:00- egg white and veggie "muffins", turkey sausage 10:00- pretzels, laughing cow cheese wedge, 10 almonds 12:00- chicken lettuce wraps and cucumber with dip (plain Greek yogurt with a little ranch powder mix mixed in) 3:00- rxbar
Clearly I'm one of those people who like to eat all day long...

I have not only fallen off the wagon, it’s run me over multiple times. I am hoping that the warm weather will get me moving. I am working on cutting back on my food consumption...it has gotten out of control. I don’t do well with strict diets so I’m just going to control my portions and make better choices.

I tried to wear my favorite pair of capris yesterday and it was NOT happening. I need to buckle down after this trip. Can someone come slap junk food out of my hands when I get home?

I was doing my early morning work outs at home for the longest time, and stopped about a month ago when I started waking up MOTN for Pete when he was having seizures. Near the end of working out I found myself super distracted.
So I just went and toured two gyms; one is 24 hours, 4 minute drive from home and pretty cheap with a corporate yearly rate. The other is the YMCA, it’s more expensive by almost double but it has a pool.
I’m thinking of doing a 14 day trial at the gym; getting up at 4:45am, working out from 5-5:45am and back here for shower and getting ready. They have virtual classes as well, so if i felt the urge to Zumba at 5am I pick the class, a screen comes down and I can dance the morning away. If I want to swim 1-2 times a week I could just pay the drop in fee at the Y.

I found a class type of place in town. It’s a 10 minute drive not expensive at all, but the times aren’t great. 930 every Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. And 545 pm Monday through Friday. For now I’m going to try and push myself to go to the afternoon class once or twice a week until mid May-ish. I can go on Saturdays when soccer ends (or if they cancel for rain) , and then in the summer I can do everyday. Next year I’ll be able to have a little more freedom when Charlie is in school (if the morning sessions work out with his preschool schedule). Fingers crossed it works.

I've recently started doing yoga again. I had to stop everything for awhile because I ended up with tendinitis in both of my feet. I have to modify yoga but I can do it. Yesterday I went to a hybrid yoga/weight training class which was heated and I felt like I was going to die. I really could use some accountability for making better choices etc.

Bbm 8.0 releases on May 13th. Anyone interested? I'm going to do it after I get cleared when baby girl is born. It's the one she did after this last baby so we should be in similar places.

I reached my weight goal 10 days ago. I haven’t weighted that little in over 13 years and was elated. My response? Fall of the WW wagon completely after almost a year and gain three pounds in 10 days 🤦🏼♀️. I’m also having pizza tonight. Back on WW tomorrow.

nam2013, can you post an example of what you eat in a day? Preferably a day involving wine? Just curious as I just started WW last week.

nam2013, can you post an example of what you eat in a day? Preferably a day involving wine? Just curious as I just started WW last week. Sure hang on, let me look for a day. ETA darn, posted to soon, I haven’t written down point in a few months (I kind of know them by now) and can’t see one anymore. But a typical a day looks like this, I have 23 points. Breakfast 0% fat Greek yogurt with some fruit in it (0points) -or- banana pancakes -or- non fat sugar free low card banana bread (both 1 points). I’ll admit that breakfast is often a low fat latte too... Lunch Nice hard bread roll with deli chicken & tomato -or- banana with a tea spoon of peanut butter & a fruit salad/egg (4/5 points) Dinner Grilled fish/chicken with veggies (0 points) -or- a few pieces of sushi, sashimi & edamame beans (1 point per sushi, I usually have 6) -or- chicken taco’s with pico de gallo, guacamole with fat free yoghurt & low fat cheese (9 points) These are just examples & I’ll add that wine is usually accompanied by food with friends & is what I use the extra points for. The main thing for me was skipping my whole milk lattes, my wine and a starter and a dessert. It was eating a piece of cake that was available, not one that I really liked. I have never been a binge eater, that why I thought what I was eating wasn’t that bad. But when you added things, it was way more than I thought. ETA i took a six week break during summer and Christmas (but kept an eye on point) and it took me a little under a year to loose 45lbs.

You’re welcome 😊! And as you can see, there plenty of room for wine if you plan well 😜.

I DO want to try Barre. I was going to give me feet a few more weeks of dedicated yoga and see if I can get them to build up a little strength. I'm going again tonight even though I hurt all over.
