I am done with people. We were at the ILs from 2 until 6 and as we were driving home I told the girls we were veggin the rest of the night. I really am ready to just go to bed, lol. sands42 happy birthday to Letty! |

The girls had fun today. Their baskets were a hit. They have enough candy to last a lifetime.
I got my run in. I rarely run anymore and I'll never like it but I like how I feel afterwards.
We're on our way home. My friends are going to let themselves in to heat up Papa Murphy's so we can all watch GoT together.

Hi and happy Easter! Happy birthday! cagoldiSounds like most had a decent day. Ours was sort of busy. We woke up later than I wanted to, but still got to brunch without there being a wait. We went to the park after brunch and then home. The boys liked their baskets and couldn’t stop eating the treats, so I eventually hid them and made them brush their teeth. Lol. I started to pack in one room. I’m realizing we don’t have that much time left because I/ we will be gone three weekends over the next month before the movers come. |

Oh ladies, I turned 40 last month and celebrated with my first mammogram, and I still don't feel old. Usually. Same! 42 on Thursday and not feeling anywhere close to it! |

guster, wahoo for successful movie time! Which one, 90s Lindsay Lohan and Jamie Lee Curtis or 70s Jodie Foster? I love both. The girls and I recently watched Wish Upon a Star (90s Disney with Katherine Heigel where sisters switch places on Amazon Prime) and I told then about Freaky Friday. They were intrigued. Neither! A new one from this past summer! It’s a musical— awesome casting and really catchy tunes! |

Pretty good day! A fun Easter egg hunt, yummy food, but I forgot to grab the cheese cake I made out of the fridge, and I was really craving it so mh and I split a big slice when we got home.

I went outside to find our fat black cat. I found her laying in the driveway with another little black cat. They were facing each other but both were laying in non hostile positions. How many black cats are too many for 1 house? Asking for a friend.

Age is weird. A lot of the time it doesn't seem like HS/college was that long ago. Then when I realize next year will be my 20th HS reunion I'm like the Keanu Reeves "whoa" meme. The years creep up on you. I think of remembering how old my mom was in my mind when she was this age (Maddie and I have the same age gap as my mom and I). It's trippy.

mwhip , can I ask where you looked for playsets? We're looking too, but what we've seen is waaay cheaper so I wonder if I'm looking at crap? We ended up buying at Family Leisure, I don't know if they're nationwide or just local. They mainly have pools and hottubs. We were going to look at Rainbow Play Systems as well, although I think they're super expensive. |

mamabear, we got this one from Cedars Summit a few years ago at Costco and I think spent around $1200 on it. It's good, but if I had to do it over, I'd probably go one size bigger. www.kidkraft.com/us_en/McKinley-Swing-Set-SW-F24950.htmlWe did shop around quite a bit and I really liked this Cedar's Summit brand as it seemed a good in between from the cheap Walmart type sets and the Rainbow ones.
