Morning, I was so tired last night. Got some meal prep done but didn't have it in me to walk on the treadmill for my step challenge. I put in a valiant effort last week so if I miss the mark this week it's ok. Anyone buy Bombas socks? They have some sesame street themed ones I'm thinking of getting for H's Easter basket.

This may seem over the top but I am absolutely in love with Bombas socks. I pretty much exclusively wear them now, and also bought a bunch for the kids. They are awesome!

Solidarity. We have to look for b/a and summer care for DS. My ILs are under the delusion they will be doing it but they do nothing but park in front of the tv and feed him junk food.

Ds1 is 15 today! He has to stay at school late for the talent show dress rehearsal so I wont see him until like 7pm, so we are celebrating on Friday. I can't believe he will be driving in a year 😯

I have to take ds1 in for an x-ray. He tripped over his foot and landed on it weird. Now it's all swollen 🤦 I knew it was only a matter of time.

Well it's broken lol. I convinced him to wear the boot by describing it as armor like a knight and it will protect him from dragons. It also helped that I showed him a picture of me with my boot from when I broke my foot lol.

Hi everyone! Work has been crazy lately. So many people are leaving so we are short staffed and trying to train a bunch of new people. I finally heard back about the job I interviewed for a while back, and they’re restructuring the position to a .5 FTE. We can’t afford for me to go part time so I had to turn it down. Such a bummer!

C was cruising around on Ds1’s strider bike tonight! It feels good to finally get outside to play.

We played outside today too. It was great! Bummer about the job- hopefully something else comes up!
